3.5/10We had French onion soup and snails for start. These were really good. We were basically sat on top of another table. The waiters weren’t friendly and didn’t really try understand what we wanted. We asked for mussels with cream for main. They came out and had a bitter after taste. And didn’t appear creamy. We didn’t bring this up with the waiters as they were hard to get their attention and we’d had a bad experience just trying to order. My friend ordered the sauerkraut with various meats. Very bland and looked not appeasing on the eye. Also they price for mussels were more expensive than advertised outside. The food we saw others have looked really good so maybe just one off in our case. But can’t excuse the unfriendly waiting staff

10/10Restaurant food service perfect. But unfortunately when we came to restaurant we had no reservations by TheFork ( even I got confirmation) but in restaurant informed us that somebody canceled reservations and it wasn’t me.

2/10The booking was early 5pm and it was not very busy. there were very few people in there. Firstly the waiter brought up some bread which was stale so I politely asked him to change it which he did. As it was a special occasion I ordered the most expensive dishes, lobster for my wife and the special charcuterie for myself, it was served within 5 minutes of ordering it so I was suspicious that it was not fresh and I was definitely right the lobster was lukewarm at best and as was the charcuterie in fact part of it was actually cold! I suspect that It was probably left over from the lunchtime servings and reheated. The fries were overcooked and greasy. We could not eat the food it was that bad. I complained to the waiter and asked for the bill, he brought the bill and he said he didn’t charge for the lobster but he had charged for the charcuterie, so I told him that I was prepared to pay for the drinks (a small glass of red wine a bottle of still water and a Coke Zero) so I asked to see the manager. He came over and was extremely rude and abrupt. I told him that the food was disgusting and was only willing to pay for the drinks. He then gave me a revised bill (and slammed it on the table!) for the drinks which I paid for. I came with my wife to Paris from London England for 3 days for my birthday. I do not recommend anyone to dine at this place. Colin Forte.

10/10One of the most delicious meals I have had for a long time: delicious oysters, scrumptious lobster , vegetables soaking in the butter. The île flottante was unusual, but very tasty. I’ll go back!

7.5/10We came here 2 years ago too and they were really kind people. But when we go today in the outdoor chef or waiter(he didnt served but give orders to other waiters) told us to wait to sit anywhere. He waited us soo long. He prepared the tables and chatting someone?! We waited aprox 20 min enter of the lalsace. Then we asked him can we sit this table? He said ok you go overthere. But there was empty since we came and he didnt let us to sit.. Finally we sat but the orders came 40 minutes later. Fortunately, a woman waitress began to serve us. These moments were really nice :) Foods are nice but behavior of the chef/ waiter was reaaly bad.

6/10I was expecting much more, being one of the traditional places. Mussels were poorly cooked, many unopen. Correct size of portions. Main courses better than starters, but I.e. the chicken supreme (very good flavor) was a small piece over tons of potatoes and some vegetables. Clearly overpriced (ok, you are in Champ Elysees and you have to pay for it). I would try other places before this!

10/10Mussels are excellent with black bread and salted butter! Wide range of dishes and drinks! Comfortable hall or terrace. The staff is attentive and efficient. We visit this restaurant regularly. But prices increase up from year to year... And yet, it's a great place to eat, to have a rest, to talk!
