Visited in the past and had a great experience. This time we had booked the wrong location and were told there was no availability although the place was empty. This time booked the right place seated, dined and everything. Multiple people were turned away and there was plenty of availability. Has turned into more of a fast food feel. Our server was great though. Most had to go get their food but ours was brought to us.

Nice restaurant. Gives real image of 'quisine alsacienne'. Come here, bring time, enjoy food and drinks ... reasonable pricing ... We were 7 people but got served perfectly, but keep in mind that the only dish is 'flammkuechle' ... so that regarding all other guests not all tables can be served the same time. ... Great taste.

Based on the reviews we expected more or a restaurant vibe. It’s a place where you order and pick up your own order when its finished. The food was finished very quickly however drinks and service took quite some time and refills were hard to come by. Food did taste good so recommend that!

My bf and I went during the Fork festival for the promotion, the service was really top notch. Server was very patient and polite with us. Flammekueche was so good that we ordered one more to share! Overall very pleasant experience. Very affordable Alsace wine too, if sweet wine is your jam

Don’t let the small interior deceive you, there is a lower floor that was able to fit my large family of 11. It was the first time we tried Flammekueche and it was delicious. The cheese they used was amazing and we ordered the original, mushrooms and duck breast. They were all great. The charcuterie board was also very good. It was a mix of hard and soft cheeses and various meats.

We went in thinking we would each order our own pizza. Pierre suggested we order a couple of items at a time and share so that our food would consistently come out hot as we continued our evening. It changed our focus from ourselves to the group and we were grateful for the suggestion. We had a wonderful time and the food was AMAZING! Don’t sleep on this place. You’ll be missing out. Thank you Pierre and staff for a wonderful experience. Go team Harry Potter!!

First thing first the staff soeaks good english, wich is very important as not anyone knows french. The ambient is very nice however it is a bit small so it is recommended to book a table. The food was amazing and surprisingly cheap, around 15€ per person while eating quite a lot. In the end i would definitely go there again!
