L’Annex is a lovely small restaurant in the heart of Montmartre. The menu changes regularly and serves beautifully presented seasonal food. They were able to offer adaptations to suit my dairy intolerance and the food was so delicious that we ate here twice during our stay. It’s definitely worth booking as the restaurant fills up quickly!

Cute place. The guy running it is friendly but doing so much on his own, so he seems stressed and distracted which means less good service. The butcher's cut of meat was tough. There are mostly tourists here which is fine but keep it in mind.

We came for New Year’s Eve and absolutely loved it, I am vegetarian and they gave me a vegetarian version of the menu that was beyond delicious, beautiful and satisfying. Very friendly staff, delightfully intimate and charming interior, would definitely recommend :)

A lovely, intimate place with the friendliest of service. The menu is small, which is a great thing, and constantly changing, which is another great thing. The food was amazing. I wish there was a better word that describes food so tender and flavorful, with varying textures and creative garnishes. I would love to dine here again!

The food was satisfactory except for the rump steak which was tough to chew. I was able to break it down by cutting it in small slices but my girlfriend could not chew it to a point of swallowing it and so it went in the napkin. The restaurant is nice inside but you will have the larger waiter bumping into the back of the chair as he passes each time as his girth was wider than the passageway between the back of the customers’ chairs. Nice and secluded area to dine. I would recommend sitting outside perhaps.
