9/10I am Sicilian native but left this wonderful land about a couple of decades ago. When I am back, I always look for special restaurants where high quality and fresh food are served. ‘L’Arco dei Cappuccini’ is one of them. We started with the Mazara del Vallo red prawns and red tuna tartare. Just fresh crudités with homemade mayo, EVO+few drops of lemon juice and special crusty salt. This restaurant gave me back that taste of Sundays with family, when ‘pasta alla norma’ used to drive the long afternoon around a table with relatives. A simply well cooked Cernia in a crispy almond crust and a potato-basil sauce with which Chef Marcello allowed us having a sublime experience. We ended with two fresh made Cannoli alla ricotta and a small glass of passito di Pantelleria. A wonderful experience which is strongly recommended. Follow their advices.

10/10it's the best service ever! The waiters are cute, friendly and helpful! they help you to choose everything you like and give a good advice. We'd like to taste pasta al nero di seppia and it was not a season for this dish, but they cook it especially for us! We're surprised and thankful! Food is really delicious and atmosphere is super! Thank you very much for making our rest perfect! One day we'll come back! Good luck 👍

9.5/10Wonderful and wonderful wait staff. The head waiter( I think Andreas)…. Was on top of everything… making sure all the tables had their needs met constantly! He was impressive. All of our meals were very tasty. I’d go back there in a minute!!

10/10Of course you want the food to be excellent, and here the service was also excellent. The staff is attentive and very friendly. There was a mix of tourists and locals. It was a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

10/10The food is at the higher end of the price range but definitely worth it. I had the violet cauliflower, tuna in honey and chocolate soufflé. Friends had the red snapper on the specials menu. It was all Excellent. Fabio and Andrea were on top of everything. Great ambience also.

10/10Dinner on our last night in Taormina was exquisite at Cappuccino. Salt-crusted Red Snapper is an experience of sight, smell and taste. We had a group of 7 and we sat outside and had expert service. Highly Recommend.

9.5/10Lovely experience, really nice service. Food and wine were delicious. We arrived for a late dinner and we were the only table at the time - the staff waited for us, which I appreciated, since it was a late hour and we were in need of a good meal!

6.5/10Set away from crowds and we were the only ones in the restaurant which lacked atmosphere. The waiter sold us the catch of the day without telling us the prices and the one fish dish for two came to 130 euros which surprised us. It was a simple grilled fish. Definitely not value for money.

9.5/10The food in this restaurant was delicious. Everything was done perfectly. I expect the ambience was not what it could be when we went there as there were diners seated at just four other tables. We have already recommended it to other tourists whom we met when having coffee this afternoon.
