10/10Very high quality service and food. We were the last to leave the restaurant and staff were very welcoming to continue to look after after. As to food quality, the 3-Michelin Star says it all.

10/10Probably the best meal we have ever eaten. The different tastes confused and delighted our taste buds. They went in different directions in each bite that made sense rather than for the sake of it. It is difficult to highlight one course, but the tomato dishes were so unbelievably clever that you didn't believe they all came from the same starting point. Then there was a fish sauce that we won't deny we spooned every drop from the pan. Then there was the plates. Each a work of beauty. The service was of a level we have not seen elsewhere and certainly never experienced in the UK. Here were professionals who were invested in the experience, who were partners, not employees. Each spoke of the history and the journey first father and then son had been on to this very point. It was an experience. A mind blowing experience. An experience we will take with us. So thank you.

From beginning to end this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The option to take an aperitif on the terrace and then move inside for the first course of the dinner was a delight in the beautiful weather. Each course (and wine pairing) of the Emotion set menu was delivered with beautiful presentation and explanation. The service team was accommodating to our gluten allergy AND to our inability to speak French. The meal was outstanding and unique. We will definitely be back.

+13A beautiful property. We had an aperitif in the courtyard before dinner which was great. Then we were taken to our table. The dining room is very beautiful and calm. Overall, the food was good. The wine pairing was VERY mediocre and not worth the money. They served many wines that were very cheap.(50-60€) When you pay €250 euros for the pairing, you expect some prestigious wines. Really the only wine of note was the Krug 172 edition. Overall, I would say it’s not worth the money to dine here. The first three courses were very small portions of vegetables. There was quite a bit of fish(small portions) and there was no prestigious beef. Dessert was very good. I would do it once but I’m not sure about more than that.

+5Our visit was superb. We had the 9-course Emotion menu and wow, it was incredible! We requested a lacto-vegetarian meal and the restaurant did not disappoint. Every dish was meticulously prepared and the flavours blossomed every time. Can’t wait to be back.

10/10Fabulous experience. Got in early to be seated in the lounge to sort out dinner and wines. They accommodated our request to order the entire Carte menu, coarsed it perfectly and moved us to an exterior salon for post dinner drinks. Chef and son made multiple visits to ensure everything was perfect. Truly unique location, property and establishment!

+3Very nice place with a modern look. I liked the sparkly driveway. I didn’t like the weird artwork of a woman topless, very out of place. Pull up to the hotel and they freely valet your car. I dined alone for dinner and service was very fast. I arrived 15min early and was immediately seated. The layout of the restaurant made dining alone not awkward. Servers were very nice and one of the chefs would come out every so often and ask how the food was. There were 2 set menu options and I chose “emotion.” There is also a drink pairing and when I told them I didn’t care for alcohol, they told me they have a nonalcoholic option and it was very nice and a third of the cost. The pineapple juice drink was the best. My favorite food items were the croissant with tomato sauce, zucchini dish, caviar mashed potato dish, and the raspberry jelly dessert. They also give you a box to take home the small desserts brought out at the end.

10/10No surprise, our afternoon meal at L'Assiette Champenoise was sensational in every way. The full pre-fixe menu with wine pairings, bookended at beginning and end with champagne & amuse in the lounge, was an unparalleled dining experience.

10/10Exceptional and merits the 3 star rating from Michelin. The food was exceptional - creative without being convoluted, satisfying without being too heavy, and with dishes that stood out (my personal favorites were the Homard because of its special family history and the amuse bouche with propolis). Champagne pairing and service were impeccable too. Oh and being able to take my coffee and a cigar on the terrace after dinner was a nice plus. Worth the special trip indeed.

10/10This was our first time at a 3 starred Michelin restaurant. I cannot express how much we enjoyed this dining experience. From the amuse bushe to the dessert, each bite had an explosion of taste and texture in our mouths. It was the ultimate culinary situation with three different settings. We stated in the killings with Champagne, proceeding to the dining room for the main corses, and ended on the terrace for our coffee. It was a lovely afternoon and we will never forget it! Thank you to Chef Lallamente and his culinary staff for an amazing experience!

10/10This is a special place to eat. Amazing food, service and environment - the head chef attending all tables was an excellent touch and attentiveness of the staff at another level. We attended in a Sunday afternoon in the glorious July sunshine for my wife’s 30th Birthday - something that will never be forgotten!
