10/10The food was delicious. We both had chicken dishes. The waitress was friendly. We sat on the patio under a tree and enjoyed the ambience. It was also open on Sunday and close to the train station. We would go there again!

10/10This small restaurant is a Parisien gem. Owned and operated by a Father (chef) - Daughter (server) team it turns out totally delicious food in a delightful outdoor patio area. Every course/ every dish was wonderful without exception. Celia (I believe) was a charming and helpful server guiding us to perfect selections. Prices reasonable, no language barrier— don’t miss this place. Our party of four thought the lunch here was among the best we had in Paris!!

The service was appropriately prompt without being overwhelmed. Despite our poor French language skills, we ordered with out incident. The wine list is abbreviated and features predominantly local “ Cotes de Rhône” wines. The appellation “St. Jacques’s was very good. The vegetable soup of the day was a creamy Broccoli that was very buttery. Our plats were “Tartare de bœuf” and “Paleron de veau “ Tartare de bœuf is a bit scary to order quite frankly. However, you can place your trust in the chef. It was excellently prepared. Same with the veal! It was composed but tender no true need for a knife. We opted for cafe allonge’s with our Tiramisu and Panna Cotta which were both very good!

10/10Quaint and lively. Attentive service and honest food. We enjoyed our terrine de campagne as well as our ravioli. The restaurant is small and was absolutely full, so we were glad that we had made a reservation.

4/10We were here last winter and found it very exceptional, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. The choice of starters was very small, just two soups or a pickled herring filet (Matjes) which was really overpriced. The main dishes lacked spices. The service staff was not enough for the full restaurant (big outside sitting area) and thereby only passed every 20 minutes, avoiding to ask if we would like to have anything else. In the end, we did not even order dessert, as we waited 25 minutes to make the order, and grabbed some on the road.

2/10This restaurant is in a sketchy neighborhood not far from active drug dealers. Plus, when we were seated and read the menu, it clearly stated that if you have a good allergy, it's essentially your problem. With that clear message, the four of us got up and left. Unfortunately, we had to walk through the sketchy neighborhood past some active drug deals. Thankfully, the police were nearby.

10/10We really enjoyed our meal at L'Assiette sur la Place. Beautiful day to eat outside in a pleasant setting, great Lyonnaise food, terrific wine, nice service and a special surprise at the end. Recommended.

6/10The staff was very friendly and the outdoor patio was charming. However, the food and wine were disappointing. The best dishes we tried were the polite and saucisson, but the rest of our food (and vinaigrette house rose) were not to our liking.

10/10A lovely casual restaurant serving rustic Lyonnaise classics We sat outside on the expansive patio enjoying the lovely spring weather with a glass of rose. The distinctly hearty food was delicious, and the staff could not have been more warm.

9/10I had a fantastic Magret de Canard, was really well cooked and so tasty. Unfortunately the gratin dauphinois that came with it was so-so taste and presentation wise. The kids enjoyed their Gnocchis and the service was wonderful. I would like to note that they were open to having us at 14:20 - we had reserved at 14:00 and called to let them know. This is very nice especially knowing that French restaurants take cuisine closing time very seriously. So we thought that was a nice gesture and speaks to how kind they were.
