Not inviting at all, waiter was drunk, and it was not at all close to the reviews others made, which must have been before it has come under new management? Would avoid.

It was a quiet night and the server and chef were so kind, funny and helpful. They didn’t speak a lot of English, but we got by with my limited French and a little google translate. It was nice to visit a restaurant and neighborhood that is not touristy. The food was very good— I had veal confit and a starter of stewed tomatoes and burrata. Tres bien!

The food was delicious. We both had chicken dishes. The waitress was friendly. We sat on the patio under a tree and enjoyed the ambience. It was also open on Sunday and close to the train station. We would go there again!

This small restaurant is a Parisien gem. Owned and operated by a Father (chef) - Daughter (server) team it turns out totally delicious food in a delightful outdoor patio area. Every course/ every dish was wonderful without exception. Celia (I believe) was a charming and helpful server guiding us to perfect selections. Prices reasonable, no language barrier— don’t miss this place. Our party of four thought the lunch here was among the best we had in Paris!!

It was a great two-person team to prepare and serve our food! The pasta with truffle was delightful and the lamb was delicious! A real gem!

Quaint and lively. Attentive service and honest food. We enjoyed our terrine de campagne as well as our ravioli. The restaurant is small and was absolutely full, so we were glad that we had made a reservation.

We were here last winter and found it very exceptional, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. The choice of starters was very small, just two soups or a pickled herring filet (Matjes) which was really overpriced. The main dishes lacked spices. The service staff was not enough for the full restaurant (big outside sitting area) and thereby only passed every 20 minutes, avoiding to ask if we would like to have anything else. In the end, we did not even order dessert, as we waited 25 minutes to make the order, and grabbed some on the road.

Small restaurant with excellent food and service. Every dish was perfect! Loved the little digestif after dinner, too. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We really enjoyed our meal at L'Assiette sur la Place. Beautiful day to eat outside in a pleasant setting, great Lyonnaise food, terrific wine, nice service and a special surprise at the end. Recommended.

I had a fantastic Magret de Canard, was really well cooked and so tasty. Unfortunately the gratin dauphinois that came with it was so-so taste and presentation wise. The kids enjoyed their Gnocchis and the service was wonderful. I would like to note that they were open to having us at 14:20 - we had reserved at 14:00 and called to let them know. This is very nice especially knowing that French restaurants take cuisine closing time very seriously. So we thought that was a nice gesture and speaks to how kind they were.
