This was our first time using " TheFork ". We loved our first experience and the restaurant L'Empreinte was first rate. The food as well as presentation was amazing. The staff were there but they we not hovering. For such a small town this restaurant was our best dining experience in France and that is saying something as we had some terrific meals - As one would expect in France.

As a regular visitor, the menu is always original and imaginative; both the service and wine list are utterly impeccable; and the atmosphere is entirely appropriate to an establishment devoted to providing an outstanding dining experience.

We love this place, its staff, and of course the food, which is wonderful. Check out the wine list too - it is amazing. We have often been before and we are already looking forward to our next return!

Nicely located at the Red Tower in Buxy, with parts of the restaurant located right within the tower. Service was exceptional, very friendly and discreet. We asked for a vegetarian and gluten free menu and it was no problem at all. The restaurant’s menus are built around 5 distinctive footprints: terrestre, maritime, fermière, laitière et sucrée. Every course was very special and so well crafted. We had nine different courses plus the wine footprint. The local wine perfectly matched each course and further enhanced the experience. Overall there is very little to improve. You can taste the love for great food in every bit.

What a fabulous restuarant in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. The menu was a innovative selection from local products, and the service was perfect. The wine selection was also extensive. Highly recommended for a gourmet stop when visiting the wine regions of Burgandy.

A delightful atmosphere which observed physical distancing but did so unobtrusively. The service was excellent and the food was really excellent - the cheese board could only be described as spectacular! We had a wonderful evening and will be back .... and we have already been recommending it to all our friends.
