The host/owner? was so welcoming and friendly. We had a great meal of several traditional dishes and enjoyed it thoroughly. We will definitely return here again, and will highly recommend it.

Good ingredients but the reciepes are lacking. Menu forces you to buy at least two courses
L'Inedito Vigin MudestGentile Signore, la ringrazio per essere stato da noi e ci dispiace che non abbia apprezzato la ns cucina. Magari anziché la degustazione di formaggi avrebbe potuto scegliere un nostro piatto in modo da poter valutarci meglio . Per quanto riguarda la richiesta minima di due piatti ormai è quasi consuetudine nei ristoranti, viste le alte commissioni che ci applicano (onestamente o alziamo i prezzi oppure non ci togliamo le spese).

Beyond delicious. Wonderful service, wines that complement the food very well, and a tasty variety of menu choices. And the truffles! Don’t miss the truffles in the fall.

The food was good but was rather spoilt by the service or lack of… while 6 of a group of 8 were served their first course, the other 2 waited at least 20 mins for theirs. The filled zucchini flowers we were later told took 20 mins to prepare & cook and fore some reason also a ravioli starter took 25 mins. This experience somewhat spoiled the evening especially when no sort of apology was forthcoming from the staff. Such a shame!

We would like to reiterate, like we did at the beginning of the taking of the order, that all the starters go together, then the first courses all together, then the second courses all together… so it is not possible to have for example a first course or a second course together with a starter. As for the zucchini flowers, you were told the waiting time was longer. For the middle-big tables this supports the kitchen management. Finally, the disrespectful and agitated behavior of the customers doesn’t help in the optimal service management.

We had a table in the cellar which had a very nice atmosphare. The chairs needed a change.

First, when we were ordering the dishes, the waiter insisted that we must order at least four dishes at one time. We asked if we could order two or three dishes and order more later, but he said no. Second, we were given a dessert menu after dinner. Then we waited 15 minutes for a waiter to take our dessert order. Then after another 15 minutes, the waiter told us that he had forgotten our order. Third, we asked for the bill. The waiter said ok. Then we waited ten minutes, so I asked the waiter again. He said you have to go inside and pay the bill. The waiter could have told me this earlier. Finally, the truffles on our dishes had no flavor and no smell. The truffles were not worth extra money.

My husband and I dined in this restaurant because it was a Sunday and not a lot of restaurants are open. Yet this is a restaurant that was cozy, with good service and good food, like one of the family restaurants that you will visit again and again. I had Malenese trips as a starter and I liked it so much. My ravioli also gave me culinary surprise. It looked plain but very delicious. My husband's main course rabit meat was yummy as well. Together with the Barbera that we ordered, this meal was perfect.

We had a romantic dinner for my birthday. We had a table downstairs in the cave, it was perfect and the food was delicious!

It’s a nice modern restaurant. Food is authentic and plating nice. Service is prompt and with a smile, very pleasant place to have dinner.

Very creative food and reasonably priced

I thought I was going to eat real langharolo the agnolotti del plin very nice but forget the Trufle taste less then nothing, the tajarin We're well done only very salty, the brasato sorry but the sauce it's far from the real brasato, and the bonet i think the chef forgot the amaretti and the eggs taste more white egg then yellow. I expect next time to not be disappointed. Bye
