When we come to Rome, we always come here to eat. Why, you ask? Because the food, the prices, and the service are consistently good. They have an extensive menu. There is something for everyone here. Their prices are very reasonable. They offer seating inside or out. They are open all day so that they can accommodate everyone. On this trip, we both enjoyed the Ravioli with butter and sage sauce. It is one of our favorites. The sauce is so delicate. We will be back again soon!

I guess we should have expected this. Decent food but nothing special. We'd go back there again next time in Rome but for the same reasons we went in the first place - - decent food at a decent price with little risk of a really bad meal. In other words, I recommend it but you should know what to expect.

We love this place as they spoke English good enough to communicate and there was wine by the glass -- different wines -- allowing one to do a mini wine tasting. This is exactly what we were looking for ;-) Oh, food to go with the wines was good as well!

This restaurant may look like a tourist trap, but it is not. Every time we visit Rome, we come to L' Insalata Ricca. Why, you might ask? For several reasons, the menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and the food is consistently good. Last night, we came for the second time this trip, and we were not disappointed. All of the staff makes you feel so welcome and all add to giving you a good dining experience. Dalia was our primary server last night, and she was terrific. We enjoyed their house red wine – very robust and drinkable. My husband and I shared the Ravioli with spinach and ricotta in the most delicate sage butter sauce as well as a 4 Cheese pizza. Both dishes were loaded with flavor. My husband always like to end on sweet note and chose the chocolate cake. It was a dense cake with layers of chocolate ganache. Can I tell you how happy he was? Exceedingly, we both were. Thanks again for another delicious meal!

In past visits to Rome, we have enjoyed this restaurant. We were so happy to see it on The Fork. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. We were so impressed to see the new décor. Jose, our server, as well as the rest of the staff, were so friendly and attentive. We were seated inside, and it was a peaceful atmosphere. We shared a liter of their house white wine, Spaghetti Carbonara, Insalata Gorgonzola, and Focaccia Romana. (The portions were so generous, it made sense for us to share.) Each dish was freshly prepared and beautifully presented - not to mention really delicious. My husband usually likes to finish with a sweet, and he really enjoyed the warmed brownie with vanilla gelato with a sprig of mint on top. Even though this restaurant is a chain, they really know how to do it right. If you have never tried them, you should – you will be pleasantly surprised!
