2/10We were ignored for about 30 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. We didn't speak much French and they didn't speak much English but we managed with Google translate. We had someone with a diary allergy and asked what he could have. We decided to just order him some chips. Then they brought out chicken covered in cheese! He was very upset and we sent it back. We then waited another hour before asking if we could have some bread - everyone else had been just given it. The children were so hungry they ate it all. At the bottom of the basket were some left over nuts from the previous customer. We asked where the food was and they brought out steak hasish for the kids (we hadn't ordered this and id checked the order). We then decided to pay for the drinks we'd had and leave.They wanted us to pay for the whole meal even though they hadn't even started cooking it and told us they would call the police if we didn't pay what they asked.They pushed my husband and blocked the door.

Bonjour madame Humphries Ce n'est pas dans mon habitude de répondre de cette façon à mes clients car nous savons nous remettre en question, tout ce que vous dites n'est pas justifié, pour le temps d'attente le restaurant ouvre ses portes à 19h30 l' heure de votre addition 21h15, pour la menace de la police c'est vous qui vouliez partir sans payer, et c'est moi qui vous ai proposé de payer ce que vous aviez commandé et mangé, et oui vous avez eu les entrées que vous avez mangé, pour les enfants vous avez reconnu ne pas avoir commandé le steak, et pour info des clients qui étaient à côté de votre table et qui parlent très bien anglais, nous ont indiqué que durant tout le repas vous vous moquiez de mon personnel qui ont fait de leur mieux vous vous satisfaire. J'espère pour mes autres collègues restaurateurs que vous ne faites pas preuve de malhonnête, bonne journée et à jamais

10/10What a find. Both had the fixed menu, which was excellent, very good price for well cooked food. Lovely friendly, welcome from the staff; clean and busy but no delay in service. Would definitely visit again.

6/10Although the food was okay (though both the beef tartare and gazpacho were very under seasoned), the service at the restaurant was exceptionally slow. It took at least 15-20 minutes to even be able to place an order and after that it took another 15 minutes (and several times asking) to receive our drink. We also had to ask for water and ice countless times before we actually received them and the food took even longer. It was very difficult to get the attention of the servers as they seemed to be quite overwhelmed. As mentioned, the food was okay and the quality of ingredients seemed very good, but sadly the entire experience definitely suffered due to an incredibly slow service.

9.5/10Great little place with lovely food. Entrecôte was perfect and the Charcuterie to start was a perfect size for 2. Good choice of well priced wine. Happily recommend.

6/10not possible the waiter didn't noticed our order was deleted from the system and only after we asked for the food after 1+hour noticed there was no order and had to ask again. even after reordering the food took around 1h to get to the table.

6/10The restaurant seemed to be too full to handle everything with only two people serving all the guests in two rooms. There were two bigger parties arriving at the same time and all the other tables were full too. This caused huge stress with the waiters and they were running around like crazy. We were unable to order drinks before our food arrived. Unfortunately the food was not the best. Meat was ordered medium, but was well done from some parts. Pasta was overcooked. Due to the stressful environment we didn’t want to stay for desserts.
