10/10I don’t even know where to begin…the atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was some of the best my family and I have ever had! The owner is the sweetest man from a small city in Italy and has a contagious smile. He told us he makes food from his heart and it shows! He would not have been sweeter to our two sons and made their experience so memorable. In a city like Paris there are so many options and we chose to eat here twice, the last time on our final night in Paris, because we couldn’t get the delicious meal out of our heads! The second time did not disappoint and even exceeded the first. One of our favorite restaurants in the world with the most amazing people and owner. We will make a point to come here every time we are in Paris❤️!

10/10We absolutely loved L’Oliveto! We were greeted by the owner and he was so gracious, service was excellent, and the food was exceptional! I had one of the specials (a different take on lasagna) and they were able to accommodate my request for gluten free pasta. We will definitely visit again!

You have made this comment on a number of platforms, yet you said nothing in the restaurant, and you ate all the food . We would have done everything possible to fix any issue you had, but that is impossible when you only decide to say something by this type of comment. It is the same food as for everyone else, so we are surprised by what you say . As you can see that is not what we hear from our clients, and we use our own home mades sauces for all dishes , so it especially surprises us. If clients wish to see how the best critics judge us have a look at what Italians say about us on any platform. The note is between 90-100% on all platforms from hundreds of Italian guests. 10/10We read a quick review of this small quaint restaurant on TripAdvisor and had a quick early dinner. It did not disappoint - the food was absolutely amazing and the environment and host as well as staff were very welcoming - not always the case for the "less then well travelled" Americans we are, still trying to learn the dos and donts od Paris. But we completely recommend this place, and we would absolutely come back when we're back in Paris again.

10/10We found this restaurant 3 years ago on our yearly trip to Paris, love Paris but not a fan of French food and we found it to be amazing and we’ve been going back ever since! The owner is very friendly, the service is great and the food is terrific. Last night I had the salmon dish with pasta noodles and it was great! If you’ve never been here, you need to check it out!

10/10This place was fantastic! We are visiting Paris and stumbled upon the restaurant by reading reviews. We ate here for Valentine’s Day with our family of four. The entire experience was 10/10. Location, ambience, and food were all wonderful, and the owner was outstanding and made us feel like family. Definitely recommend 100%!

7/10One of the waiters had really bad body odor. It hit us every time he passed by. It was really unpleasant. The Italian waitress was really friendly though and attentive.

10/10Good Italian restaurant with reasonable prices. I had spaghetti with salmon and it was delicious. My waiter said it’s the most popular dish but I saw other wonderful dishes being brought to other tables. I’ll be back!

9.5/10We received a wonderful treat from our waiters who made my birthday extra special by playing mexican songs and “las mañanitas”, our traditional birthday song. I had a blast with my friends adding enough tables to fit 10 of us and the food and timing was just perfect. Highly recommended.

9.5/10Initially we were disappointed as we'd found this restaurant via a list of restaurants with a great view on trip advisor (and it was a street level restaurant with nothing particular to look at). However, the service was great (my wife and one of our children has allergies and the staff were really helpful) and the food was delicious.

10/10My husband, young daughter and I spent a total of four days (two weekends) in Paris this summer and hit the jackpot when we found L'Oliveto. We flew in on a Saturday and were tired, hot and hungry when dinnertime rolled around. Our hotel was just a few blocks from the restaurant and I had high hopes for the food, friendly staff and overall experience when we arrived based upon the reviews I had read before leaving home. We were not disappointed - in fact, L'Oliveto exceeded my expectations ten-fold! We ended up eating dinner at L'Oliveta three of the four nights we were in Paris. The food was divine - we traveled to Italy last summer and every one of the meals we had was better than the food we had in the heart of Italy (do not miss the Margarita pizza - so fresh and delicious)! But more than that, we made a true friend in the owner, Gandolfo. Despite a language difference, we all built such a connection with him. He welcomed us into the restaurant every night and bid us goodbye each night just as you would family. His restaurant became a refuge of sorts for us during our stay - a home away from home, that served the best Italian food we have every had. L'Oliveta is a must stop in Paris for a wonderful, family-friendly dinner. If L'Oliveta was in our hometown, we'd be there every weekend - for the food and for the uplifting environment. We'll be back to Paris at some point - and we can't wait to go see Gandolfo and his staff (and to have some pizza and tiramisu) when we do!!

10/10This is a great restaurant in a chic neighborhood with lots of activity. The fact that it’s z Italian is a nice break from French cafe food. Service is pretty good and the indoors is air conditioned- which was nice on a hot June evening. There were six of us and everyone had a delicious meal.

10/10I stumbled across this amazing restaurant while trying to find a good Italian place to eat. Little did I know that it would be the best experience thus far. From the moment we entered we were greeted by the owner who wanted to make sure we had a great evening. My teen son who is picky loved his pasta. My teen foodie daughter loved her food and indulged in partaking in our food. The burrata was spectacular and the veal Milanese was so good we ordered a second one. Don’t think twice. Come eat at this spot where locals come to eat. You won’t be disappointed. The owner is a true Sicilian. Definitely worth it.

9/10The restaurant was jamming to Kool and the Gang and Earth Wind and Fire, service was very quick. The Caprese and Lasagna were excellent.

10/10I took my Mom here for American Mother's day while in Paris. The food, the service and the ambience were all fantastic. I highly recommend the fruits de mer filled all my favorite seafood with linguini in a light tomato sauce! Yum. There's a special surprise, but you have to go there to fond out for yourself. L'Olivetto is a fun night in Paris when need a break from all the French fare.
