Welcoming staff, very tasty food. Justifiably popular, but tables close together and hence quite noisy. Thoroughly enjoyed as a family of 6 (3 generations).

We arrived about 10 minutes early and were asked to wait outside, even though there were clearly empty tables available. We agreed, but ended up being kept waiting for another 15 minutes before being allowed in. Once inside, we were seated extremely close to other guests - almost sharing the same table. The table had to be moved just so we could sit down, despite many other free tables in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow - we waited around 25 minutes just to have our order taken, and that only happened after we repeatedly tried to get the waitresses' attention. The food arrived quickly after that, but the beef I ordered medium was overcooked and burnt. To make matters worse, my water glass had visible lipstick marks on it, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, poor service, poor organization, and lack of basic hygiene standards. Definitely not what I expected.

Friendly server and a delicious meal

We loved the lunch we had at L’Olivier. It was the perfect way to wrap up our trip to Paris. We had escargot, the ravioli appetizer, Bouillabaisse, steak frites, and chicken + potatoes. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

From the time we walked in, everything was perfect. We were greeted with smiles friendliness. The menu had just about everything you would want in a small menu. The food was outstanding. We had the ravioli and the escargot and then for our meal, the filet cooked perfectly and the scallops. Everything to perfection.the wine by the glass was very very good and the price was great. It’s a small wonderful place with exceptional service and food. LOVED IT

Ravioli we thought was the best dish we have eaten in Paris. Amazing. Well done! Scallops also great. Very rich, creamy dish. If I were going to be highly picky, I’d say a bit of lemon on the scallops dish in the sauce maybe, would have lightened it up perfectly. Wonderful meal though and the mushrooms in the spaghetti were also delicious. Highly recommended.

We had dinner for 2 - Too crowdy, too much noise, speed of service is too high ( feels like they need the table for round 2) we were still at Apero and diner is already served. Ceviche: 5/5 Raviole with mushroom: 3/5 dish not balanced - the crème sauce kills the dish Black Agnus 5/5 Souri d agneau 3/5 the sweet potato puree is tasteless. In general, based on the customer reviews I expected a bit more from the kitchen.

Wonderful food, really attentive service, they made an effort to make my birthday celebration truly special. It was also incredibly busy for a Tuesday night with both locals and tourists alike which is a sign of a very good restaurant.

The service was great - ambience really lovely. I ordered a virgin 'cocktail' but it really tasted just like overly sweet passion fruit cordial - a disappointment for €9. The fod was tasty but perhaps a bit pricey for what it was. Worth a visit but definitely don't get the cocktail

We were extremely late (25mins) due to Paris traffic. The staff held the table and were the most understanding and welcoming waitresses when we arrived. The service, food, decor and ambience was incredible. 1000/10.

The place is very old, the food is average at best. It’s definitely a tourist trap. There’s little flies that kept flying around our table. The service was good.
