The sole waiter was engaging friendly and a bit frazzled but managed the front of the house well. The food was outstanding. My favorite meal after two weeks in Aix. The entrees and mains were imaginative but not overly fussy and memorable. I was a bit apprehensive about the stuffed cabbage but was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was.

9/10The food is excellent. Each plate contained a myriad of ingredients, all of which made sense. The service was attentive. The wine list offers lots of choices. My only caveat is that the room has a night club vibe to it that makes us feel old.

10/10Bravo! What a lovely evening! Chef was on the floor throughout the service. Service was impeccable and warm. Each course was well presented and delicious. We’ll be back — if not this trip, in September.

9/10The food is consistently good here. A very limited menu, but that's on purpose--all the ingredients are at their peak. The service is competent and welcoming. The decor seems to be a want-to be night club for a crowd younger than my wife and me. But we'll certainly be back.

9/10Fantastic little restaurant. The owner chef and his delightful waitress wife were charming and wonderful. The food was great; only the quince dessert was less than stellar, but only ,I think, because quince is unusual, not something we typically eat. The service was splendid, the ambiance terrific. I highly recommend this restaurant.

4/10Only 6 people in the restaurant including me and my wife on a Friday night. Starter was tasty but tiny. We both had monkfish as our main but it was overcooked and the garnish was dry. The only good thing was the friendly service.

6/10Food and decor is very dated: over complicated dishes and presentation in an atmosphere from the 1990s. Dinner and service was satisfactory, but why serve food on scalding hot plates? We left feeling that we paid too much for the meal.

10/10We are traveling with friends and stopped for lunch while traveling between Aix and Avignon. This is a beautiful setting. The lunch offered either a la carte or a buffet. We would all normally have prefered ordering from this menu, but this is not your normal buffet. The food was absolutely beautiful and delicious with an amazing array of choices, and priced extremely reasonably. Service was great. We ate inside, but then enjoyed dessert on the beautiful patio outside the restaurant. All 4 of us agreed that this will be one of our most memorable stops and meals. Highly recommended.

6/10Not sure it deserves all the very positive reviews..... the starters and desserts were excellent, but the seven hour cooked lamb was unimpressive and the vegetables served with it were reheated. I’ll try elsewhere the next time i’m in Aix!

10/10We chose the duck burger, the fish terrine, the lamb and the pasta dish and loved every bit of them. The chocolate dessert with the passionfruit cream layer was incredible. Reaaly happy with out Restaurant choice.

10/10After four weeks in France, this was the best meal ever; the decor, friendly staff and convenient location were just the beginning. The well trained staff delivered superb food. Price was reasonable for the quality we enjoyed.

10/10Our dinner was excellent and authentic Provençal. I was looking for a delicious meal with the freshest of vegetables and fish. This was it. We also enjoyed the complimentary delicious cold tomatoe soup appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to AIX. Very personable staff as well.
