10/10The host provided excellent service and was very helpful in explaining the menu and enabling us to select some very unique dishes. We booked for lunch and will definitely come back for dinner. The food and service are both outstanding.

6.5/10Food was lovely. I did not feel very welcome. I was charged an extra cover charge. I felt even though I had reserved the table and they were slow to take my order that they were in a rush to get rid of me.

9/10Fantastic meal , full of flavour. I had the Tuscan beef stew and my husband had the mixed grill. We got white beans and grilled vegetables for sides. Food was delicious, of excellent quality and well prepared. Service was good. Wine was lovely too, local chianti. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence. Seemed to be a popular local eatery too.

10/10We found this restaurant through Trip Advisor and booked through Fork. It was the best meal we had had in a week including in Rome. Our meat was perfect, mashed potatoes wonderful, and my sutured spinach was like dessert. Our red wine was perfect after we discussed with the waitress what we liked. It was an amazing meal.

5.5/10We ordered a Florentine steak for 4 and was disappointed. The meat was tough and hard to chew. We only ate less than half. The pick jowl however was done nicely. The wild boar pasta was reasonable but the beef in the other pasta was tough and tasteless. We were disappointed as the rating was high

9.5/10A random find that was literally on our doorstep. However, I would willing walk across Florence to go again. They were happy for us to share starter and pasta and we now wish we’d shared main too as there was an abundance of carefully cooked food full of rich Tuscan flavours. A good wine selection too, reasonably priced.

10/10The food was excellent (Wild Pork pasta, gnocci, Mega mix Meat, vegetable, local red wine). The service was superior and very pleasant. When we'd arrived, we' asked if they have gluteen-free bread. They say no BUT the server came back after a little shopping to SGRANO with a delicious warm gluten-free bread. Amazing! The price, the service and the food deserve this review. Best wishes from Quebec (Canada).

10/10I liked everything about this place: the location in next to the main monuments but not directly exposed to the crowds, the atmosphere is friendly and traditional. The staff was really nice to us, and the menu was full of local food. Everything we ordered was tasty. Price for value was very good too!!!

10/10One of our favorite meals in Italy! The florentine steak, pasta (ask for recommendations) and all the side dishes were so delicious. The service was gracious and helpful as well. We got a reservation through their website. Highly recommend!

10/10Phenomenal Italian cuisine in a charming restaurant with wonderful service? That's L'Osteria. We overlapped with 4 family friends in Florence and picked here for dinner and we are all elated we did. The pasta was some of the best I have ever had, but the thing I appreciated most was the patience of the wait staff. Some people in our group haven't traveled internationally, so needed some extra assistance in splitting the bill, and even though it created a hassle for the workers, they were extremely kind and helpful. We will all rave about this special first dinner in Florence together for many, many years to come!

10/10This small restaurant is a gem! The Tuscan food is beautifully prepared and nicely presented, and they have a very good wine list as well. We ate dinner here three times during our nine-day stay in Firenze.

10/10+2Came for the bistecca Fiorentina. Asked for 1.5kg, waitress recommended 1.1kg, we settled on 1.3kg, I should have listened to her! Cooked to perfection, sides and apps were equally delicious, although probably not needed with all that steak! Cozy spot, just a bit outside the really busy areas, busier later than earlier. Glad I found this spot. When in Florence, do steak as the Florentines do
