The service was horrible. The server made awkward remarks about where we are from and completely ruined the vibe. He then told us if we need anything explained to us, this is because we don’t speak Italian and when I asked he got annoyed about it. I asked one question and it bothered him even though he told us we could ask!! We got an antipasti and it was gross, I don’t know how to describe it. We waited about an hour for our order to get taken and he never came back. We got the check from the other server who was pleasant. We left hungry and disgusted. Do not go here!!! Absolute disgrace to Italian food and culture xoxo an Italian New Yorker

Perfect place to eat with your friends and family. We had reservawion for 18 and we got served very well. High price per performance rate.

Fabulous! Our service was great and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the world of Florence go by as we dined. Our food was probably the best meal we’ve had in Italy so far. Highly recommend.

Our accomodation host recommended this place and it didn't disappointment! The venue is unassuming, but we were met with freindly home style service. The food was traditional Italian. We had pasta, risotto and the bistecca florentina and were very satisfied... the best meal we have in Florence. Deserts were also great we loved the pannacotta.

Great service, attentive but not in your face. Great food, fresh and deliciously cooked. The roast potatoes were amazing.

The disappointment was the fact that every restaurant in the fork app clarifies whether we HAVE to take the new years eve dinner. We specifically chose this restaurant because we have two small children that wouldn’t take the fixed (over the price also for the quality provided) menu. Unfortunately as soon as we took our seat was their welcoming by telling us, you have to leave in 2 hrs for the next reservation and also that we have to take the fixed menu. Also, even the second plate that we were obliged to take, it was out of stock so they came up with a back up plate. Be careful next time before you book a restaurant because as is seems for us it was overall a bad food experience.

The place was a suggestion from a florentian shoper, to eat the great Steak a la Florentina. And it was a great, in every aspect. 100%recomendado
