The quality of the food is very low when compared to other places in Rome. One of the main items on the menus is the Pinsa which did not taste fresh and was presented luke warm. The quality of the mozzarella and sausage on it were poor and the pastry was hard rather than crunchy probably because it was prepared frozen.
