6/10All vegan menu a plus. However, our dishes seemed a bit uninspired and the bread served in a paper bag was odd and seemed stale and tasteless. The Balsamica was good. Pasta Norma was ok but could have used more spices and flavoring. The risotto with mushrooms was bland. We want to support vegan restaurants but I don’t think we will return. The service was ok but not inspiring.

8/10Very friendly service: my partner was not happy with how one of the dishes was cooked, the server apologised profusely, and offered to replace it with whatever she wanted, which arrived promptly and with a smile -- full marks!

6.5/10Lots of vegan choices for savoury food but was disappointed Catalan Crème dessert was sold out - the restaurant had just opened and wasn’t busy. Also, food needed more flavour and pasta and gnocchi were over salted. Dishes took a long time to come out the kitchen. I loved that it was a vegetarian restaurant but it’s not going to convince anyone to give up animal products if it doesn’t improve the flavour and availability of dishes.

4/10The Service was friendly but very Unprofessionel. Once we ordered, we got the drinks and Food but They Never ask us for any more Drinks or desert, even though we were 4 Hours in the restaurant. The waiters weren‘t busy, so it was not clear, why the was so unmotivated to bring us more Drinks.. We had to wait really Long inbetween the courses. A friend joined us, we played a Game, but there waiters didn’t came and ask the new guest what to drink…. The food: First: We waited really long for Every meal. Second: No meal was good: it wasnt really Tasty, not salted, some meals were cold, (Pasta) .and: the pumkin lasagne was without Pasta, just with pumpkin, Béchamel Sauce and cheese, so really fat and it was not possible to finish This meal because of that. In the end i told the waitress about the lasagne without Pasta and because of my unhappiness she brought us shots. That was very Nice.

9/10I enjoyed the food, the restaurant and especially the waitstaff. Only critique is two fold. Make the vegan choices clear on the menu, so you don’t have to ask the waitstaff, and provide tables that are large enough to hold everything necessary to eat and drink one’s meal. Our table was so small that I kept on being concerned about something falling off. If that can change, that would be great!

2/10AVOID! I was made to pay twice for my meal after the incompetent member of staff stated the first payment never went through, but without being able to provide a receipt due to printer error (convenient). The restaurant stated over email they would refund myself, but have since been ignoring all of my communications. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

10/10Fabulous ambience inside, air con, plants trailing from the ceiling, interesting lights (& soft lighting). Food was beautifully presented & absolutely delicious. I chose vegan options. Service was friendly & professional. I had a couple of glasses of Tuscan Vermintino.

10/10We enjoyed the friendly service and casual atmosphere. I’ve been gluten free for 20 years. It was wonderful to be able to order anything from the menu and know it was safe to eat. The bread before the meal was excellent! I enjoyed fried zucchini flowers, ravioli, and lemon cake. My vegan friends liked their pasta with eggplant and tomatoes, and the fried onion rings. I would happily dine here again.

9.5/10Tasty veggie dishes, with some interesting & unusual options, e.g. savoury cheesecake, aubergine fritters. Highly recommend if you're veggie/vegan as menus at main restaurants often have very few choices.

10/10We recommend this restaurant for vegans and non-vegans. It offered a nice break from the red meat heavy Tuscan diet. I particularly enjoyed the spinach salad.

10/10As always our dinner here was perfect. Not only was our food delectable but the service was attentive and staff friend and welcoming, treating us extra special on our anniversary. We love L'OV and will be back.

10/10The restaurant is so much more charming than the photos. It is so very lovely!! We were warmly welcomed as we entered. The greeter knew we had reservations. A table had old LP records as place mats. Our seats had colorful back cushions which I was able to shift vertical since I sit so high. The decor was all so charming. The long bar had a vegetation green facade highlighted with rope lighting. Jill and I are not only vegan, but have eliminated grains. (We feel so much better because of it!) the server went back to the chef a couple of times to insure that we had exactly what we wanted. I was so grateful! The meal was splendid!! The flavours were amazing. The presentation was superb. There was a lot of care that went into the food. We really enjoyed our experience!!

10/10This was such a breath of fresh air in Florence! The food was stellar and I wish I had found this place earlier in our stay so we could eat there every day and try every dish. Each item placed in front of us was exceptional, from the bread to the cake, and everything in between!

8/10Good service even if missed my order and gave me the wrong one. Deceived of the taste of the plate that had no real taste. The presentation was ridiculous in comparaison of the picture. But the desert chocolate vegan cake was amazing ! I am sad to say that it’s not valuable with the price
