We were staying around the corner, in my favorite neighborhood of St. Germain, and booked a reservation for our last night in Paris. We were so delighted with the food, French with a decidedly Asian spin. We started with the champagne x2 and a St. Germain spritz, easily the best version of the cocktail we've ever had! I had the shrimp ravioli in a broth which was warming and so flavorful. Next came a beef Bo Bun for me (Vietnamese noodle bowl) and my friends had the Salmon tataki and seafood Hot Pot. My friend declared this the best meal of our 9 night trip and I have to agree, it was in my top 3. Such a great find, and it's in a street/neighborhood filled with other cute bars and restaurants to go to before or after.

10/10We enjoyed our dinner at La Boussole. The neighborhood had a fun atmosphere and so did the restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly and accommodating to our broken French. The food was tasty and great for the price. We enjoyed our evening!

The lady was so kind and the food was impeccable. We took un côte de veau, which was very tender, un magret du carnard, the sauce of which was so tasty, and un tataki du saumon, the vegetables sauté was very asiatique. Overall, it was a nice diner with the family. The drinks and desserts are good as well.

7/10Although restaurant is categorised as French, it had many options on the menu that were Asian and Italian. Overall I would not recommend it if you are looking for authentic French cuisine. However, food was tasty and quality/ price was reasonable

10/10Thanks to TheFork, La Boussole is now on my list of restos to return to. We had a lovely dinner with a friend and everyone was happy. The atmosphere is charming, the service friendly, and the location on a fun little street. Things started off well with hot, crispy nems. Main courses of marmites de fruits de mer and crevettes Thaï were all tasty. Reasonably priced wine, kept cold, and tasty desserts rounded out an enjoyable evening. TheFork discount was really appreciated.

8/10My meal was a disappointment tonight. My wife and I have dined at 3 different restaurants on the last 3 nights... all on this street; and this one is a clear 'third'. The main disappointment was my duck entree ... it was really, really tough to chew. I often eat duck, so I know what 'good' is... and this isn't it. Sure, the spices and sauce were nice, but that won't cover for the very poor piece of meat. My wife had the Salmon, and she felt it was 'slightly above average', but certainly not exceptional. The other major disappointment was the bathrooms... They were awful! Down dark, winding stairs; the tile floors were wet and slippery; the railing was so loose that one woman noted it to me as we passed. Compared to Madamador, or MonteVerde for overall experience, there is no comparison. I also don't think the restaurant matched the glowing reviews I read. In summary, the service was excellent, but the food, not so much.

10/10A fabulous meal here with friends as always. The service was excellent and the quality of good was as good as it always is. This restaurant never fails to please and that's why we visit here so much. Great news that they now sell their delicious carrot sauce. Au top!

9.5/10We had a great meal. The concept of a sort of set menu where you can have 2 courses or 3 was clever. We all opted for three. Quite a nice variety of possibilities for all sorts of likes. The sea bass was excellent. Casual atmosphere but quiet enough to have pleasant conversation during the meal.
