My daughter and I simply had the best time ever at Barrière Restaurabt: the good, the ambiance, the people were great, smiling, classe and we felt perfectly at ease. Very professional !can’t wait to good back !

Staff are very friendly and the room is impressive in this glossy hotel/spa/casino. I had two meals - both reasonably priced (although more expensive than some nearby local alternatives). For the difference in price I would have liked a little more choice and a slightly surer hand in the kitchen. Some things were excellent - the foie gras and the zander for example. My t-bone needed just a little colour from the pan, or some parsley to break up the slab of grey meat that arrived. Chips were great. Cafe gourmand has an individual creme brulee finished at the table - nice touch. I would suggest a salad or two, a soup and a lighter main or two - then all would be well!!
