Good location, good decor and ambience. Excellent service. Menu includes local dishes which were well executed except for the over salting of both main course dishes, perhaps that is a Swiss thing! Desserts were unusual, a good praline creme brûlée but with a red wine pear topping which clashed. Wine and beer choice was good. Pricing was as expected in a top Swiss resort town.

We went there because it was recommended. Really didn't like the atmosphere. I felt like I was in a cafeteria. The food was excellent! However, the service was terrible. No water, no butter with the bread. Sat there for a long time with no attention. When we told the manager, he could have cared less.

Pleasant and helpful waitstaff and great food at reasonable prices. Convenient location. Variety of gluten free options for one of the guests in our party.

La Brasserie is one my favorite restaurants in Montreux. The place is cozy, service is friendly and most importantly their food is homey, delicious and consistently of high quality.

The food was great, the tartar was perfectly seasoned, and the entrecotes sauce was amazing without overpowering the meat.

The dishes were served and cooled well and sophisticated. The service on top level. Highly recommend.

Very well done dishes with their unique way. Desert was good. It was surprising that draft beer choice was just two types of- since it’s called a Brasserie. Otherwise it’s a very nice restaurant.

We loved the vibe - 1980’s music playing and casual atmosphere. My wife had the prosciutto and melon starter and the rare roast beef with fries special - both very good. I had the beef carpaccio starter and special pork schnitzel with fries. My starter was delicious; the schnitzel was a little dry but tasty. The fries were delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Very enjoyable experience. The daily specials were well prepared and creative and the wine list included some interesting and well priced regional wines. Very good service

Both dishes we ordered were delicious, but the service was a bit chaotic, and the ambience was mediocre. The wine list was also limited, but I enjoyed Chenin by the glass. Overall, I'd give it 3,5 over 5.

The food was amazing and the service was too. Our waiter was Spanish(Catalunya) and he gave us great service and made Christmas night even more special!

Was perfect evening. Lovely ambience with couples and a few small groups. Food was excellent and the service was it's equal. Would highly recommend for a quiet lovely dinner.

It's an expensive restaurant with similar pricing to Montreux Palace and they wouldn't even pour my drink into the glass, just left it there. Waited for about 30 min for the main course, the meat wasn't great. Not coming back any time soon.

It was a last minute decision to eat at La Brasserie. The food was excellent particularly the sea bass with saffron sauce and mussels and the staff were very engaging. We can definitely recommend.

We arrived early, before the kitchen was open, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had some good cocktails. Food was excellent, service was attentive and friendly.

Great french style food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We loved it so much, we had to return on a next evening. Highly recommend for small groups or family dinner.

Great cocktails to start. Our main courses (fish and cod) were superb and the desserts very good also (creme brulé and cheese board). The menu is very varied and has lots of interesting meat/fish/veg dishes to choose from. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

we enjoyed 2 great dinners in the centre of Montreux. Extensive menu and great winelist. Very friendly staff. I'm looking forward to our next visit.

This restaurant is nice. Good cuisine, music is nice as well. Service is so - so. Any way this is a place which quite comfortable, because cuisine and good location.

We are here last year after my partner finished the MCSky trail race. We only went there because everywhere else was fully booked. However we had a great time, so decided to book it again this year and they didn’t disappoint us. This place has great cocktails and great food and the service was exceptional. ????

Great wine, cheerful service, fantastic food, very quiet environment, nice staff. Close to city center, Foie Gras: wonderful. Escargot delicious.......
