The food was great and good value for money. The service was very friendly and efficient. However the lighting in the dining room was that of a research laboratory. White lights and at the end of the evening the breakfast buffet was set up . This is probably end of season/winter configuration and I imagine in summer it all looks very different.

Great view, great location and the food was excellent ! we do not have any comment on the staff either, everything was perfect ! we certainly will come back

How can you beat the beautiful terrace where you eat, with its amazing view of Lake Orta and the island. You hardly need to eat, you can just sit and take it all in! However we did eat and the food was excellent. We loved the waiters who are friendly and efficient, a reminder that it is a proper profession in Italy not just a temporary or part time job. A lovely experience.

Lovely scenery, good food and atmosphere. Waiters however should wear masks properly otherwise guests will not enjoy fully or not feel entirely safe.
