Food was sooooo good and the service was impeccable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Capers had no oil or seasoning. For me the service really struggled and was not particularly friendly. The waitress asked all customers for cash tip - I don’t expect that in a top end restaurant and that’s what it’s trying to be.

Fantastic service by Francesca and her family. She was very kid on the suggestions. I came here referred by a friend and will keep coming back.

The staff were caring on making sure I was warm outside. The view is beautiful even after the sun is down! I loved the appetizer foods that accompanied my glass of wine.

Always an enjoyable evening. This is our third visit and we will be back. Delicious food with lots of starters, pastas, pizzas and meat courses to choose from. Quality you can taste and ample portions. Friendly and professional service.

La Bussola never disappoints. We have been eating here for over 40 years and have never had a bad meal.

The pizza at La Busola was an excellent version of this ubiquitous dish! We particularly liked the crust. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

The pizza was amazing. The service was uninterested boring on angry. The pasta and risotto was not any better than a mediocre American restaurant. If you go here order pizza and nothing else.

The presentation could have been improved—a small portion of fries and a fried steak wedge didn’t quite meet expectations, especially at €25. Unfortunately, the overall experience was underwhelming, and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive the bill after the meal. Regrettably, I wouldn’t choose to return.

We had been on a family vacation in Tuscany, and decided to eat at this restaurant in Florence before we all parted ways. it was on the recommendation of a friend who had been there in early May. They were 10 of us which can be a little bit chaotic. Our server was phenomenal. I wish I had gotten her name . Her English was excellent and her recommendations were spot on. I’ve been in Europe many times and eaten in many great restaurants. This restaurant has to be one of the best that I’ve been to anywhere in Europe. Everything that anyone had was superb . the risotto special for the night was to die for. I was having temporary mobility issues and going downstairs to the Ladies room was going to be a challenge. Our server noticed me heading that way and hesitating, and she directed me out toward a separate restroom near the front of the restaurant. The prices were more than fair for the quality of our meals.

Great restaurant with great food. A number of locals on a Saturday night which is a good sign. Not cheap but definitely worth it.
