10/10Amazing food and wine! We arrived 30 minutes til closing and they served us well. Did not feel rushed and the service was great. Cute atmosphere and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely like to go back again!

5/10We were seated promptly, but it took a while for the waiter to get us settled with ordering. The food was the biggest disappointment. The Florentine steak was cooked to medium rare, but was very tough to cut and chew. The pappardelle with chingale ragu was just so-so. Our table had 2 other dishes that weren’t great either. It did not measure up to the reviews it had on The Fork.

9.5/10The service was fantastic - very friendly, fast and accurate. The plates were cleared quickly and drinks offered when empty. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Toilets were not in a great state and the one pizza had a bit too much tomato base on, but overall, it was great.

4.5/10We were placed at a table out of the way. Very little attention was provided. We poured our own liquor And were never offered an option for coffee and or dessert. My wife’s meat had very little taste. Been there 3 times before and had great service and good food. Robert C

10/10Fantastic family dinner at La Bussola! Service was excellent and very attentive. Great little seats at the bar that my son sat at and chatted to the pizza makers. Food was really excellent, good portion sizes and top quality and we really enjoyed all of it!

10/10Excellent attentive staff. Not too much just right. Succulent T bone Tuscan style, had to give my partner half. He had seafood in freshly made tomato sauce. Both enjoyed our meals,. Both highly recommend.

10/10We will be dreaming of this pizza forever. We went there after a recommendation from waiter Emilio from another great restaurant La Buchetta and it was truly the best napoli style pizza we've ever had. Melanzane alla parmigiana was also to die for. Definitely a place to keep in your list for Florence.

10/10We made reservations for January 1, 2024 at 6;30pm. Flori was our lovely waitress. I asked her for us to sit by the window since it’s my husband birthday but she kindly explained the table is for 5 people. We ordered calamari and mussels for appetizers. I had a glass of house red wine. Our main dishes were Florentine steak medium (it was cooked to perfection & well seasoned), spaghetti Scoglio, Spaghetti Carbonara, Linguine Vongole, and mix tiramisu for dessert. To our surprise, Flori and the Bussola staff sang Happy Birthday song with a small fireworks like candle for my husband. She also top it off with shots of limoncello with us! The food was delicious but her service and attentiveness made our last night in Firenze special. Thanks Flori! We will be back in a couple years and will be looking for you.

10/10Great and cosy ambience. Very friendly and attentive and great food. I had spaghetti carbonara and veal milanese. Everyone around me was really enjoying their food. I am in Florence for 10 days and I will definitely go back.

10/10The staff was extremely accommodating. From the moment we arrived the niceties started. The hostess couldn’t have been more welcoming and acknowledged us by name (reservation). The server was friendly and made great recommendations that we took advantage of abc the dishes were incredible. Chef’s special ravioli was awesome. The biscotti was without any doubt the best I have ever tasted and it kicked as$ on anything I’ve EVER had in the US. (North End in Boston included. ). After dinner they brought complimentary limoncello an SC offered to get us a cab as it started to rain after our dinner. The entire night was perfect. The hostess even offered to charge my phone as it was the end of a busy 12 hr day and juice was low! 5 stars all the way. Stop searching and book yourself a very enjoyable dinner experience!
