The food was delicious, the views are spectacular, and the staff was friendly attentive and engaging. il cibo era delicious, il panorama spettacolare e il personale cordial, attento e coinvolgente.

We were staying Castelmola and walked the short distance . The staff and food are well worth the visit. Lovely setting and music. Great menu choices and food excellent. Highly recommend

A little underwhelming unfortunately. Nice table in the cave section, pleasant and efficient staff. Bruschetta was OK, chickpea fritters were very salty. Swordfish lasagne was fine, if not spectacular. Fried fish selection - again far too much salt. Nothing to complain about but didn't really match up to the reviews.

We were given a table in the cave which was beautiful. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. At the end of the night they called a taxi for us and gave us a free drink on the house while we waited. I would definitely go back there again

This place has the most amazing view. Try to get there before it gets dark. The food is average, but service is very good, prices aren’t bad, and the ambience is out of this world.

We had our best meal of the holiday here. Really lovely staff, delicious food and an incredible view over the mountains. Try the artisan mint chocolate gelato for dessert - divine. If you’re getting the bus from Taormina, you can get off at the stop almost opposite. Or walk down the steps from the main bus stop in Castelmola. Grazi La Cavema!

Absolutely beautiful setting, steep mountains and Etna in the distance. Food delicious. Best meal we've had in Sicily. Prices reasonable. Nice selection of local wines. We had a great evening out. Well worth the short drive up from Taormina.

Quaint restaurant with excellent food! We had the lasagna and it was the best we’d ever had! Excellent wine and great service. We would highly recommend La Caverna!

The place is nice and typicalis very close to the parking place and also close to the city center. The Service was kind but the food took a bit too much time to come. We were there on Thursday and on this day, the pizzeria part was closed (as information)

Amazing restaurant! Highly recommend. Nice staff, very helpful. Delicious, quality food and fantastic atmosphere. In addition, there was a live music. We enjoyed a lot!
