Wonderful meal. Playful and adventurous but backed with great depth of thought and layers of flavors. The staff were very nice and correct with a depth of knowledge of all their products and wines (even wines from outside France)

+1Unassuming, little cozy jewel of a restaurant… super nice staff and really inventive creations… for an 8-course tasting menu, the quantities were perfect… you don’t walk away feeling too full, but completely satiated… what a lovely experience!! merci beaucoup!!

10/10If you are in Toulouse, trying this restaurant is a must. Amazing food experience, nice people, cool atmosphere, excellent price for value ratio, this is what you will find in this place. I have to thank the staff of La Conserverie, it's always a pleasure.
