10/10This was a beautiful experience! It’s a bistro, but one of the better ones you will fine. Service was outstanding and the food likewise. Ambience was perfect for a bistro. Cannot recommend this modestly priced gem more.

10/10I felt like I was being treated with care and courtesy. The food was outstanding the time it took for things to be prepared was wonderful and I just really enjoyed the place I would definitely return if I ever came to Montmartre again!

10/10I couldn’t fault it, and I am a fussy person. The steak was exceptional, the wine perfect, and the vibe was spot on. Lovely staff, on a quiet street, would absolutely recommend.

10/10The service was friendly and the staff were accommodating in speaking English with me. The food was excellent and I liked the overall surroundings too, it's in a quiet street corner and the interior is welcoming and the image of quintessential quaint French. I'd definitely go again!

10/10This small restaurant is perfect for a quiet, intimate dining experience in Montmartre. The service is excellent as is the food, both delicious and beautifully plated. There are meat, fish and vegetarian menu choices and, unlike many of the local restaurants, the cuisine has a Mediterranean influence. I highly recommend La Couvee. You will not regret it!

7.5/10Great food, good prices, incredibly slow service. We waited 30 some minutes to clear our table and then after getting dessert menus 20 some more minutes before we gave up on dessert, we paid and left.

10/10This was one of the best and most memorable dining experiences of our life. My wife and I were visiting from the USA for New Year's and our first wedding anniversary. This is the cutest restaurant on a back street in Montmartre, near Pigalle - the holiday decorations made it feel very cozy. It was also not too busy on a Tuesday evening, so we were able to have a quiet meal. The food was incredible - we shared the escargot, steak, duck and shrimp plates, with creme brulee for dessert. The drinks were also super - we tried the old fashioned, red wine, limoncello and plum brandy. Our server, Tim, was very patient with our lack of French and ensured we had plenty of time to understand the menu. He made our night very enjoyable and special, including gifting us an ornament from their Christmas tree as a keepsake for our anniversary. The owner/chef Laurent also brought us a celebratory glass of champagne with our dessert. Thank you very much for everything!
