10/10La Creperie du Clown has wonderful crepes! The restaurant in charming, and everything is delicious. Our group of 10 tried several crepes, and we were all happy with our meal. For dessert, be sure to order a crepe with their homemade caramel sauce - it's so good!

We were here in 2018 and visited this restaurant several times during our trip so we had to go back there again on this trip. Our crepes were amazing as they were many years ago. Tasty food and excellent service. What more can you ask for!

6/10The service was mediocre to poor. Waited 40 minutes for a crepe, with no updates along the way. At time for payment, the processing of my credit card was slow and the server said something which i didn’t understand. When I didn’t answer she got very annoyed and handed a receipt with an attitude and walking away shouted “tourist, tourist!” (What little did she know, despite her poor service, I was going to give her a tip!). My crepe was good but unless you like this kind of service & a long wait, try somewhere else.

7.5/10Very charming creperie with delightful food. We were seated in the basement but even the basement was charming. Our food was good. Service was erratic. I think the holiday chaos was peaking so we were happy to get a last minute reservation.

10/10We were here in September 2023, and liked it so much, we had to go back!!! The crepes (ham, egg, cheese, & spinach) large enough to share, and after we shared the apple, cinnamon & whipped cream crepe. The restaurant is small & cozy and the service so wonderful!

9.5/10The food is excellent. We both had galetes and they were both good, affordable and very filling. The desert crepes were even better, the best dessert I had on this trip to Paris. I have to say the service was quick and very friendly. I would go back again as soon as I make it back to Paris.

4.5/10The restaurant is small, so when it is winter is a bit difficult. We took our table and the waiter came to tell us that ONLY allow cash payment. We had to leave because we didn't carry a lot of cash. I dont know if the food is good, but not having card for payment is not nice in 2024...

Tiny place full to the brim with diners enjoying their wide variety of crepes. Boudin nois (#13) very nice although it could benefitted from less of the sweet component. Partner’s duck crepe was generously plied with the bird and cheese. Would benefit from making the front door easier to open! I saw people try and then walk on.

10/10We ate twice at this tiny restaurant on our last trip to Paris. Omelettes were great, cider wonderful, crepes were perfect. It's small and can get very crowded but we never felt overlooked by the waitress. A wonderful find!

10/10This was a great choice . The crepes, both savory buckwheat and traditional sweet were wonderful, with a lot of inventive combinations in the fillings. I hope to stop here again next time I visit Paris. The waitress was lovely, and very helpful. Get the pear cider.

9.5/10This is a great creperie not to far from the museums but far enough that you aren’t eating with the masses. The food was outstanding- simple well executed. You should find this place and have a great meal. Staff are all lovely and go out of the way to make you feel at home. Not elegant dining- just a great place.

We had a fantastic visit to Crepe du Clown. We tried 5 different types of crepes that were both savory and sweet. Our food was excellent as well as our service. We plan on returning before we leave paris. We made a reservation ahead of time and everything was ready upon arrival. Delicious choice for lunch or dinner.
