Delicious food, service staff tried hard, but during peak time they were understaffed for the number of guests( Monday evening when many restaurants were closed in town)

Friendly welcome, lovely setting (seated outside in the square for lunch), and a very good value meal: all freshly prepared, wholesome and generous portions. Well worth the visit!

Great service, very friendly and helpful. The outside tables had a nice atmosphere on the square. Good selection of local wines. Menu covered all the usual favourites.

Lovely welcome and the food options are well worth considering as well as the a la carte menu. We had 1kg beef on the bone - awesome. The team are very attentive and speak English very well. We went back again the following evening and had a sharing platter which was absolutely delicious. The nice thing was that we were recognised from the night before so these guys don't just treat you as a number. Highly recommended and eating outside once more after all of the restrictions was a real treat. The square has a lot of options to eat but for us, this restaurant beats them all.

Nice food but I ate here a few years previously when the standard (and the price) was higher. I liked it better as it was but still it is a good restaurant with decent food.
