10/10Entirely happy with our dining experience: made to feel very welcome on arrival, great menu and wine list, excellent service, superb food and convivial atmosphere. Clearly well patronised and appreciated by local diners. Highly recommended.

10/10Fantastic service and very welcoming and helpful staff, especially with local wine selection. The food was excellent -pasta was superbly cooked with so much flavour. The chosen wine complimented things very well and all added to a very pleasant evening. Visited here 4 years ago and had a similar experience and very happy to see things are still as good!

9.5/10We were referred to this charming restaurant from someone who lives locally. It was one of our favorite meals of our week in Rome. The staff were attentive but not hovering, helpful and cheerful. The food was traditional but with a twist and definitely elevated.

10/10Small family run restaurant that had been established for many years, my son went there 8 years ago and loved it and recommended it to me for my visit to Rome. Went there twice and had lovely food with super friendly service, highly recommended.

10/10Unbelievably good food, service and ambiance. The portions were unexpectedly big, we found out that our wonderful waitress was also the chef. We literally wanted to kiss her hands! Super recommended!

10/10We were getting tired of pizza and pasta (tourist package replicated from restaurant to restaurant) and so we looked for something different. La dispensa dei Mellini was terrific. Note that there's traffic if you're sitting outside, but it was well worth it for us. The food was special and affordable and the staff warm and friendly (without overdoing it). Would definitely go back next time we'll be in Rome.

9/10A great little restaurant on the banks of the Tiber. Only seats about 25 people. The food was excellent. Very imaginative and very tasty. Cleverly presented and well served. The staff were polite and friendly. Full of local Romans which is always a good sign.

8/10Nice restaurant with friendly service. The food is good and quite different to what you find in other Italian restaurants. We shared the meat and cheese platter which was delicious and then I had the linguine with shrimp which was tasty but very rich!
