Was the best Italian food we have had in Paris!

I almost always go to this restaurant when in Paris and their delicious pasta dishes never ever disappoint. Had their amazing tortellini special last night. Lovely ambiance and friendly service too!

We went as a family on New Year Eve. We arrived a little late and there was no fuss. The reception was good and the team is really good and pata real attention to the diners . The menu was clear and with many choices. This restaurant “ does what it says on the tin” friendly Sicilian food restaurant, Classic atmosphere, good food and fair prices It was appreciated that the owner did not enforce a unique menu and kept the original menu with NYE specials. Then Italian wine choice was also good

With the exception of the risotto I found the food too safe, not wanting to offend, but not bold enough for me to want to come back.

The Sicilian owner was very warm and helpful in his suggestions. The food was excellent and I enjoyed every bite!

The food was fabulous and the waiter was extremely attentive. Loved this restaurant, had the most fabulous pistachio tiramisu. Could have eaten her another night. Don’t miss this place, a must place to eat in Paris.

Since you enter and during all the stay you feel welcome. We were family of 5, we have been twice in diferents days , the servíce done by Valerio was warm, helping and suggesting all the time to choose what you really want and close to details. Rissotos and Spaghetti with Tartufo Nero excellent! It s a very good option in the 6eme you can trust and go to have a really good Italian food and also for a change of French meals. Average price with wine of aprox 65 euros, was 60 euros/person

Nice welcome. Good advice. Excellent wine. Choices are plenty. We both had an excellent meal. We also liked the informal atmosphere of the restaurant. All in all a well deserved recommendation!

This is by far the best Italian Restaurant in Paris. Both Salvatore and Bruno are great hosts - you are immersed in Italy while in Paris. Very intimate and the menu and cuisine are simply truly divine - no pun intended. Prego!!

I arrived at the restaurant and was immediately confronted by a waiter who insisted my reservation was for 4 not 5 people. Finally the owner/manager came up and pulled up his reservation to confirm we had the correct number in our party. We were told we needed to be seated upstairs which was fine but the initial confrontation with the waiter meant he ignored us as best he could all night. We waited 10-15 minutes for him to come back upstairs and take our drink orders. We then waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. We were told the caprese salad would only serve one person and we could not split it. A short time later, the table next to us ordered and split a caprese salad. Basically, the waiter ruined our experience. I told the manager when we paid the bill the food was good but waiter was rude. He said it is difficult to get people to work so at least he acknowledged the waiter was a problem.

This small restaurant has a perfect menu. Starters, main dishes, good wine, good people and at the end do not forget to ask their delicious “ Pistachio Tiramisu “. Strongly advise.

La Davina Commedia is a lovely restaurant with an absolutely charming staff, and excellent food! Everything you could ask for! Highly recommend it.

The food was amazing and the ambiance was quaint. We also loved the other guests. The server was very effigy and worked hard all evening. Overall, it was an amazing night.

We’ve enjoyed this restaurant many times in the past, but were disappointed this time. Food remained very good, but we were seated upstairs in what must be their overflow space. No atmosphere, bright lights and the service was slow and a bit on the surly side.

We have been looking for a good Italian restaurant in Paris for years and we believe we have finally found one. All of our pasta and risotto dishes were excellent, the owner extremely pleasant and desserts were amazing. Not to be missed.

A wonderful small restaurant. The grilled squid was delicious. Perfect. The carpaccio as well delicious. The tagliatelle with truffles they were recommending was a little disappointing. Fine yes, certainly tons of shaved black truffles on it. But it just wasn’t anything special.
