5/10Very new waiter who had no idea what he was doing. Food was not good. Very chewy seafood and the server couldn’t even tell our friend what kind of fish she was eating. Ambience was beautiful and we saw an amazing sunset.

You should be ashamed of what You did: You said everything was fine and "Very good!". Your friend asked about the fish in the grilled mix and we answer about it: she couldn't beleive it was swordfish "because in my country..." Then, WE ACCEPTED ONE OF THE WORST BEHAVIOUR EVER RECEIVED in all our history, YOU REQUIRED TWO EXTRA WINE GLASSES "OPEN THIS BOTTLE!" - You had in your own bag, gotten from a supermarket: a fake "Brunello di Montalcino". Other guests, next to You (from New England), stared at Your request and commented very bad about Your attitude in making such an "unbearable and really unacceptable request" (what they said). "Chewy seafood" and bad service... because You had even two no working Credit Cards!? The waiter had to come to You several times to show You they couldn't work!!! Before such a comment, You should think about Yourself and Your rude and unrespectful attitude and uses. You arrived at the real beginning of his working turn and he was still arranging to settle all our terrace up,

10/10The food was the best we’ve had in almalfi and the view is absolutely insane. The staff was very friendly and recommended great wine. The mozzarella is the best I’ve ever had.

6.5/10I was in Praiano with my two teenagers and decided to try this restaurant because it overlooked the sea. Sitting outside was absolutely beautiful. That was about the only thing I enjoyed about the experience. I am not a picky person nor am I high maintenance so when I say it wasn't great, it wasn't. We ordered the meat and cheese board as well as the caprese for an antipasta. Both were mediocre. For meals, we got the caprese ravioli which was good, the seafood plate which was ok and the lemon risotto with shrimp which was not good. First of all, the risotto had no lemon flavor whatsoever and there were only four small pieces of shrimp. No one ever came to check on us when we were eating so I wan't able to order a glass of wine and the high price did not match the quality. There are too many really good restaurants in Praiano so I would skip La Dolce Vista.

5.5/10The ambiance was great but the food was mediocre to bad. The steak was literally inedible. The rest of the dishes were of the quality you would expect at a fast food chain. Completely lame meal. Go there for the view and for drinks and perhaps get the pizza (that we did not try).

10/10As we walked out to the terrace where we ate dinner, it was hard not to tear up because of the beauty of the location. We loved our dinner and dessert, but best of all was the view, the ambiance and the staff. They went above and beyond to support our evening to be cherished for the rest of our lives.

10/10La Dolce Vista was a great find! The views are the best and the food and service top notch. Not only was the food cooked to perfection, the presentation was beautiful! We highly recommend La Dolce Vista and we will return! Grazie to the owner and his staff!

10/10We have eaten out at nearly every restaurant in Praiano during our trip. La Dolce Vista was an absolute delight. Very good and attentive service, the manager was extremely friendly and spoke with us about the history of the Amalfi Coast giving us insights to this amazing area. I had the swordfish and my wife the ravioli, both were flawlessly prepared. The highlight of the meal for me was the Taglia Dolce Vista. A selection of local cured meats and cheeses from the area that were so delicious. Grazie Dolce Vista we will be back!
