Terrible restaurant! Terrible service! Terrible cheap food, but they take it as the most expensive! They brought a completely raw steak with 2 kg of salt on top, the taste is disgusting! They asked to remove the steak from the bill, a certain waiter began to threaten Antonia with the police. Tried to wash my hands in the toilet, THERE WAS NO WATER!!! THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WASH YOUR HANDS IN THIS RESTAURANT!!!! We turned to the manager, what kind of service, why is the waiter threatening the police, this humiliates us in front of all the visitors ... the result - the manager turned on the fool and said that there was no water pressure and he didn’t care! HORRIBLE RESTAURANT!Now we want to transfer the matter to the legal plane, for humiliation in front of everyone, for very aggressive behavior, let's move on! We won't stop!

We wanted to try somewhere new for my partners birthday and we were not disappointed. We had prawn carpaccio and tuna tartar to start, which were both super fresh and excellent. Main courses were sea bass and turbot, again both were excellent. Finally we had the tiramisu and crepes with pineapple, both were really good. It is a little expensive, but the price matched the quality of the food. We will definitely return

Read mixed reviews on the app. Some very good some very bad, so gave it a chance. But obviously the bad are more of value. Food was over salty especially the steak Tartar, entrecôte was covered with salt lakes and my turbot was the most acceptable though the vegetables were absolutely tasteless, just boiled in plain water, no butter no oil… nothing. 4 mains… arrived at our table in 3 different times… Very disappointing. For dessert, the cheese cake came hard frozen.

Nice location. We were optimistic about the food and service. The maitre D was quite aggressive and we felt that the fixed menus - although very tasty - lacked flexibility.

Excellent service (professional waiters), vaca 12 years old is a must. For 2 it was too much food, so I would recommend it for 3 people. We had a lovely evening.

Empty restaurant. Poor service, staff does not speak English. Paella was over salted, condoments - tomatoes were spoiled. Manager was rude. Never ever would recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

We did have a lovely evening at La Falua, however the staff were not overly attentive considering this was a high end restaurant. Our Meal was interrupted by an intoxicated local man with a dog who terrified the girls in our group, we had to find a member of staff to get him to leave. Whilst this wasn't there fault, I would expect them to be a bit more pro active, as it is a high end restaurant. It wasn't too expensive compared to meals at home in Jersey, but for Spanish prices it was expensive, and the food wasn't any better than where we ate the night before at half the price. Beautiful looking restaurant, if you are looking for a classy place to eat in Benidorm and the champagne lounge upstairs was lovely, but I'm not sure I would go again, as the food and service were average.

Best food, strange service. We speak English but we had spanish speaking waiter. Why? And you should check your bill, sometimes it can include something you did not order.
