We had one of the best dinners ever this evening when we visited Murano while on vacation in Venice! Stunning location! Great food and wine and spectacular service from our waiter Nabil! He was overwhelmingly friendly, humorous and attentive to our group of five siblings from New York. Next time we are back in Venice, we will definitely be sure to visit Ristorante La Fornace and, hopefully, Nabil!

The service was brilliant, the staff are friendly and helpful. Our drinks came very quickly the same as our food. We had Octopus which was cooked perfectly The Scallops were again amazing. The pasta and prawns were perfect. We had a fantastic evening, excellent food and staff. We will definitely be going again.

We had a reservation with one hour before the kitchen closed. They would not let us sit outside because the available table outside was a four person even though there were plenty of open big tables inside. The scallops were extremely salty and fishy and cost 20 euro for 4 scallops. I then had the ravioli that had no taste beyond salt and only had 5 pieces of ravioli. My husband had the fish platter which was huge, but was pure grease. The bathrooms were filthy, pee on the toilet seats and toilet paper on the floor. The service was very slow and impersonal. The only good thing was the yummy lemon drink they gave us for free at the end. Would not recommend!!

The perfect setting on Murano - 2 minutes from the Colonna stop and jutting out into the lagoon, the restaurant is airy and bright. The service is welcoming and professional. The food was well cooked and delicious. We had the antipasto di pesce - a traditional sampler of local fish dishes - which was excellent, followed by a salmon and branzino. The prices were typical for a tourist destination like Murano, but not outrageous. €30 for the antipasto and mid €20s for the fish secondo dishes. We had a bottle of Soave, which felt expensive at €49 when we had had a similar bottle in Mestre for €18. But you have to expect bigger markups on the bottles, and we could have chosen a mezzo litro of house wine at €12. In summary, beautiful location, great food and excellent service.

Most of our food was very good. Two in our party ordered the spaghetti with crab and it was extremely fishy, would not recommend that dish. Service was excellent. Outside seating was delightful.

We were able to walk here from the Hyatt Centric Murano hotel. It has a great view of the water and was quiet and lovely. The chandelier and wall mirror were beautiful. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and the colorful Murano glasses on the table added to the ambiance. I must add that the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

athe reception when we arrived was timely and friendly, as was service from all the folks who served us. The food was delicious, including the fresh grilled vegetables, the very fresh fish perfectly cooked, and the Italian wine. The view of the water was lovely, the tables were spaced so that it did not feel crowded. All in all, it was the best dining experience we have had in some time!
