We recently had the pleasure of dining at La Gallina Bianca, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely amazing—each dish bursting with authentic flavors that left us wanting more. The service was super friendly and attentive, making us feel like valued guests the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to the way they welcomed Nina; their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for an unforgettable evening. What made the experience even more delightful was the ambiance—it genuinely felt like a local hotspot where Romans themselves come to enjoy a meal. We felt immersed in an authentic dining experience, right in the heart of the community. We will definitely come back and recommend La Gallina Bianca to friends and family. We can’t wait to return for another round of delicious food and exceptional service! ❤️

Allergy sufferers be aware! Ordered a bruschetta off the GF menu and when it came it looked too nice to be GF! Eventually asked the waitress and she said no it’s normal! Advised I’d ordered off the GF menu. Got a shrug and snatched the plate away. My partner was half way down her pizza before my cold over salty over herbed bruschetta was brought back, sorry thrown back. No smile no apology! Partner just had a margarita pizza and said it was good but nothing to write home about. Service was poor at best. Maybe a bad night Sunday??

We picked this restaurant because one of us has a strong gluten intolerance. The waiter asked immediately if we had any food intolerances and brought us menus specific to those. He also confirmed with the kitchen that the items we ordered would not cause us any problems. The wine recommendation was very good as well. We shared a salad, a gluten free focaccia (more like a pizza) and a gluten free shrimp and tomato spaghetti. Well we’re well prepared, well presented and delicious. When we went to pay, they honoured the discount for booking with the Fork. Highly recommended this place.

The discount option is not recognised by restarting at all. Service is a bit rude. Food is tasty.

Charging a copperto for placing utensils on your table is outrageous !
La Gallina BiancaDear Mr. Bedick, thank you for your feedback. I hope you’ll stay in Italy as long as possible to see that EVERY RESTAURANT applies the COPERTO (that’s basically a service charge). The only outrageous thing I can see here, it’s a customer complaining about a common fee (€1,50) on the internet and not when I gently asked if the experience was positive. We work too much and too hard to get this low-rate opinion based on NOTHING. You didn’t complain about the food or the atmosphere but it’s easy to falsely accuse behind a screen. Best regards.

Everything was delicious and prepared with care. Our waiter, Luca I think is his name , was very polite and helpful with the order. Would definitely recommend it !!!

We were a large group (26 ppl) and had reserved via The Fork about 1 week beforehand. The restaurant honored our reservation, and was very very helpful! The pizza and pasta were phenomenal, the staff very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We know this place for some time and always liked the food and service. Excellent choice of starters, main dishes, pizzas and desserts. This time my pizza was extremly good that I am already planning for my next pizza :)

Cooking was correct (pizzas and pastas ) , service and ambiance at the minimum. But the cherry on the cake is, when you need to pay they told you that the 20% discount (coming from the Fork’s) is done but if you look the bill it is not done! So they try to keep this discount for them because you’re a tourist ????

The service was great. The pizza was ok but for sure there’s a lot of places with better pizza especially for this price (10-12€) There’s no actual discount with the fork bc they charge you 20% service (that i haven’t see it in the app) and the “discount” is 20% so you pay the actual price.

We actually came here for Pizza. Unfortunately they don’t serve Pizza on Sundays. But they have other good things on the menu, such as delicious Carbonara. The Tiramisu was also very good and to round it up we took Grappas of which we only had to pay one. We liked also the atmosphere and the staff was friendly.

Everything was good except very slow service. Main Meals came 30mins apart. Its not nice to eat alone when another person is waiting. Staff were over worked.

Yesterday there was no pizza, we waited a lot for service neverthless there were no many people, waitress was grumpy and we waited a lot till for fruit!

Nice and very pleasant place. The food was just great as well as the bottle of wine that we ordered. I highly suggest it for the great value food/price.

I know this place for many years. The restaurant offers Great wood oven Neopolitan pizza, good starters and desserts as well. The prices are reasonable.

This restaurant has jolly and welcoming staff. The food is of high quality and the pizza is a good and tasty “napoletano” style. The ambiance is very clean and bright!
