9.5/10The staff were very attentive and the evening went very smoothly and unhurried. There was no pressure to leave quickly or rush between courses The quality and presentation of the food was faultless. I can’t praise it more highly.

5.5/10The service was good and the atmosphere was good as well but the food most certainly did not deliver. There were zero locals eating there just lots of tourists just like us. I certainly don't recommend the food or restaurant or location of said restaurant. I feel mislead with the reviews.

10/10This was the best meal I had in Italy. I ordered the fillet steak which was high quality and was very tender and cooked just right. the staff were very attentive and welcoming making it a very memorable experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

10/10The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. It definitely added to the experience as it was genuine, not forced or fake for tourists' sake. The food was great - authentic and well prepared. We were also granted prosecco on the house as an aperitiff and a limencollo as a digestive. Wonderful place, totally recommend!

10/10Tucked away on a little side street, it would be easy to miss. We counted on The Fork’s recommendation, and we weren’t disappointed. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. We had the grilled veal chop and grilled sausage with a side of Tuscan beans and sautéed chard. Everything was well prepared and delicious. The complimentary glass of Prosecco was a nice touch, and the house wines are very nice. A tip - if you’re there in the summer, asked to be seated in the front where the a/c is cooler. It got pretty toasty in the back room, especially with the individual tabletop grills heating things up! Overall, a very pleasant meal in Firenze.

10/10Food was delicious and the servers were friendly, fun, and attentive. At the beginning of the meal they gave us two complimentary glasses of prosecco, and they discounted our bill by 6€ and gave us two free digestifs! I think this was because they were out of the secondo my wife wanted but either way it was the cherry on top of an already amazing experience!

10/10Food was great. A welcome drink was given and it was heart-warming. The wine was a good pair with the Firenze T-bone steak. I would recommend this place to my friend. All servers were very kind and friendly.

10/10The "Fagottini di fpere con fondue di gorgonzola e noci" was DELICIOUS. It was our favorite dish during our trip so far. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the venue so much that we booked another reservation for a second dinner night out.

10/10We went to this little gem for my husband's birthday dinner while in Florence. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. There is a back room and a courtyard for additional seating The staff could not have been more attentive. My husband had sirloin steak with side of delicious potatoes and he raved about the sautéed spinach. He chose a red wine with dinner. I chose the pappardelle with wild boar and it was amazing. They surprised us by dimming the lights at the end of our meal and giving him a birthday sparkler in tiramisu and the singing happy birthday. The entire section of the restaurant joined in and it made him feel so special. Great ambience in this restaurant feeling like an authentic trattoria. Good meal, good people and the prices were very reasonable. Just a note that if you order a martini thinking it is an American martini you will be surprised to get Martini and Rossi.

10/10We had an exceptional dining experience at La gratella on our last evening in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and attentive service set the tone for a fantastic evening. For our first course, we enjoyed exquisite ravioli with lemon and truffle. Each bite was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise. For the main course, we savored a perfectly cooked steak, which was nothing short of extraordinary. To top off the meal, we indulged in a classic tiramisu for dessert. It was the perfect balance of creamy and sweet, leaving us completely satisfied. Special mention to our waitre, Valentino, who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. His warm and friendly demeanor, and the rest of the staff, made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, La gratella exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Florence and looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience.

10/10We’ve had a couple of sub-par restaurant experiences in Florence this time and La Gratella was a wonderful change. Excellent service, great prices and everything we ate was incredible. It was our best meal this go around in Florence by miles.

10/10I had no idea how to choose from among the many restaurants with good reviews in Florence and we found this restaurant based on a recommendation. It was UNBELIEVABLE! Quite possibly some of the most delicious food that I have ever eaten. Lovely staff. Lovely ambiance. Fast service. A truly memorable experience!

10/10The Florentine steak was fabulous (Nobile)! The best steak I’ve had in years! We also had the Tagliatelle with wild boar which was so tasty, like a really good short rib in a little sauce. Pasta was cooked to perfection. Panna cotta was so smooth and light. Truly, this was the best thing we did in Florence.
