As we walked down you could see the staff al in the same uniform, when choosing the steak the staff were very knowledgeable in where it was sourced from and the cut. I was shown the steak before it was cooked.

10/10Believe the reviews! This restaurant was amazing! I’ll start with the service since we’re traveling with a very active 7 year old boy who was exhausted by the time we ate here. We started the evening by elbowing a glass on to the floor which broke into a million little pieces. Our server responded by saying “It’s ok.” And he then asked my son (the Elbower) if he was ok. I was so touched by his level of empathy you can imagine that the service he provided was impeccable. Moving on to the main reason we were there - the food. I had a special tortellini stuffed with potatoes and cheese with a truffle sauce. Delicious!! My son had pasta from the kids’ menu (by the way, kudos to this restaurant for having a kids’ menu - that was a 1st on this visit to Italy) - he thoroughly enjoyed that. My husband had the salmon tartare, bread soup (which was like a meal) and the three sauce pasta. He didn’t leave a crumb. We topped it off with tiramisu. Absolutely amazing meal and service! We’ll be back!

7/10The food was lovely. The owner/ boss seemed warm and welcoming but the young waitress serviced us was unkind and had a sulk , even when we were leaving didn’t look , just ‚’standing’ in her phone!

10/10We have been to this restaurant several times - the service and food have been excellent on every occasion- I love the polenta and liver pate and the grilled lamb is perfectly cooked and very flavoursome and the rabbit is also delicious- if in Firenze book a table - you won’t regret it :)

10/10We sat outside on the terrace which was great as the day was quite warm … the service was above par and the food was excellent- I had the roast lamb which was superb my partner had the rabbit which was also delicious- if your are in Firenze - book a table at this restaurant- you won’t be disappointed

8/10Excellent service with friendly & professional local servers. Nice central location yet on a quiet street. Those in our party who had the Florentine steak were very satisfied with their food. The other dishes we ordered were good, but nothing special. The menu definitely felt like it was geared to tourists, but where in center of Florence isn’t? Overall, a peaceful place to sit down for a bit & a worthy stop if Florentine steak is what you want to eat.

3.5/10I ordered the T-bone steak medium, but it was very tough. The fatty parts were especially chewy, and I had to spit some out. The seafood pasta also had a very strong fishy smell, particularly from the squid. I went there based on the high Google rating and number of reviews, but I was very disappointed. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. I had made a reservation through TheFork app and thought I was getting a 30% discount. It turned out the discount didn’t apply in my case, which was my mistake for not checking properly. However, the staff member at the counter spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending way, as if I had done something wrong. It was very unpleasant.

We use only first-rate raw materials, and while there may certainly have been an error, and in case I apologize, your words are a bit excessive. 7/10Seated promptly and welcomed by the waiting staff. Menu varied. Tuscan soup to start, very tasty, salmon under whelming and small, roast potatoes and white beans nice. Steak and pepper sauce cooked well. Nothing memorable.

Best dinner we’ve had in Italy so far. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. Tortelli in Wild Boar Sauce was especially good.
