8.5/10Steak 600g well done I ordered Spaghetti Vongole Greca salad, wine, water, and cola. There was a lot of steak, so we shared it. The steak was very delicious and the spaghetti Vongole was also delicious. The salad was fresh and I was very satisfied. However, the staff did not seem friendlyㆍ

The battle axe steak and lobster squama are delicious and the portion is also very large. The service industry is very good. It is really good and worth recommending.

2/10Not recommended. Extremely bad. Unable to control the doneness of the steak. 1: The desired portion is the bloody three-quarters rare filet, but when it's served, half is filet and the other half is something else. And the color of the other half is already white, while it should be five parts. The waiter changed quickly, not having time to take a photo. Thought it would go smoothly, but five minutes later, a guy came and said their steak was fine, couldn't be exchanged. 6. Ask them to take it out for us to look at on the spot. Now compare and take photos. Tell me it has been processed, and then say the steak can't be cooked such that one side is fine and the other side is overcooked. The most hilarious part is showing them the order they made two days ago. I told them it was "blue", but when settling the bill with the receipt and the reservation record, they said the picture was for a three-person portion, so it looked a bit off.

Amazing dining experience. The lobster pasta was the best I’ve had. The veal fillet with mushrooms were so tender and juicy. Tiramisu was amazingly light and delicious. The service was exceptional. The waitresses were both so cheerful and friendly. Also got a good discount booking with the Fork, which was great! We’d love to dine here again if we come back to Florence.

5/10T bond is burned. It took them less than 15min to serve my steak. I ask for medium but inside is more like rare and the meat that attached to the bond was completely raw. Bad experience even with the price discount

As we walked down you could see the staff al in the same uniform, when choosing the steak the staff were very knowledgeable in where it was sourced from and the cut. I was shown the steak before it was cooked.

10/10Believe the reviews! This restaurant was amazing! I’ll start with the service since we’re traveling with a very active 7 year old boy who was exhausted by the time we ate here. We started the evening by elbowing a glass on to the floor which broke into a million little pieces. Our server responded by saying “It’s ok.” And he then asked my son (the Elbower) if he was ok. I was so touched by his level of empathy you can imagine that the service he provided was impeccable. Moving on to the main reason we were there - the food. I had a special tortellini stuffed with potatoes and cheese with a truffle sauce. Delicious!! My son had pasta from the kids’ menu (by the way, kudos to this restaurant for having a kids’ menu - that was a 1st on this visit to Italy) - he thoroughly enjoyed that. My husband had the salmon tartare, bread soup (which was like a meal) and the three sauce pasta. He didn’t leave a crumb. We topped it off with tiramisu. Absolutely amazing meal and service! We’ll be back!
