It was a catastrophic experience and I would not recommend anyone to step into this restaurant! The view is amazing but it is not enough! I have booked a table for 4 exactly one month ago. We had only 1 night in Arenzano and I was looking forward to this dinner experience. When we arrived, there were literally only 1 couple and the place is really spacious, many people would easily fit in. They recognized us immediately because apparently, not many people have booked from Fork app. The young waiter decided to make us sit in a table furthest from the sea. It was ridiculous! A place which a minimum 200 people can fit in, only 2 people eating- we booked a month ago and we are asked to sit at the furthest table from the sea. This is totally unacceptable. It doesn’t matter if a place has a lovely view or a descent food. Wrong employees can make a place hell and one single night you have can change your opinion on all Italian people. I strongly recommend the owner of this place to recruit right people and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away this restaurant until that time comes. We left the restaurant and have enjoyed a lovely dinner at another restaurant who welcomed us without reservation and who made us sit at a table with a beautiful view despite many clients already eating there.
