3.5/10Very bad service, food average, completely overpriced wine, has nothing to do with Sardinian hospitality and food quality. No longer recommended. Last year it was ok.

5/10The food is ok but the service was very messy. Waiters come every 5 min to check on you which is excessive. It seems like they do not assign waiters to tables but rather every waiter will come and ask you if you need anything. The food took a long time after our entrées.

5.5/10We read about their roasted pork but we were disappointed. The pork was not crispy at all, and this is a fact. The flavor and the texture were typical is something already cooked and re-heated. We asked a suggestion about the menu and the waiter come with a huge fresh dish to be baked, out of the menu. And we rejected and stayed on the menu. What we ordered was good but average. Good desserts

Couple of Friends enjoying beach life for the weekend. We arrived late but they seated us same way. I had some "burrida" as a starter which Is a traditional dish in Cagliari but the recipe wasn't the original one and btw not very good. Then I had fish with vernaccia and olives, it was quite good but high price for what I had. it's a tourist villages but inflating prices is never a good thing. The have kozel beers.

9.5/10Excellent menu. Food was delicious (although was a little slow to be prepared). The sea bream was superbly grilled, and undressed very thoroughly and at the table. Service was very good too. I’d love to come again!

8.5/10We sat outside and the atmosphere was lovely - a few streets away from the hectic main road. Like most Italian restaurants, you have to beckon the staff to get any service. However, once you do this they are friendly and accommodating. The food and wine was very nice. Would recommend.

10/10Seems that owner of La Lanterna has changed since the last time we were there, which was in 2017, but food and service are still very good. Only small things changed and we do still recommend this location for a nice dinner. Even season is almost over, reservation is required. The outer area at the road has been changed to lounge-style. This adds a modern touch and invites to drinks before or after dinner. We had the fileto de manzo (two different variants) with the quality we knew. Will come again.

5/10They not accept the 20% discount. They not speak English, so communication was difficult. So we give up and pay the full price... We wait 1,5 hours for our main dish. The quality of the food was ok, but the service really bad.

4.5/10We could see them using leftover bread from other clients/tables to serve other costumers. Served frozen “viel napolitana” with stone cold potatoes to our daughter. Served ravioli from the supermarket with cheap cocktail sauce. Took 15 minutes to tell my wife that they had no more carbonara to serve and at the second atempt, we asked for cucujiones to replace the carbonara order. 20 minutes later and still no food for my wife, they came to tell us that no cucujiones were available. Charged 6€ for the poorest service we ever had in Italy. We ate real Italian food... in Miami. This was just a sad, and unbeliveable waste of time and money. You will regret eating in this shameless hole.
