3.5/10There are many great restaurants in Palermo, but this is not one of them. We ended up here because we were a bit desperate on a Saturday night without a reservation. Even with low expectations, we were disappointed. The food was bland, either over or undercooked, and varied from mediocre to inedible. We ordered the 1 litre of white wine from the menu. The bottle in which it was served had 3/4 litre engraved on the side (rather an obvious give away). The restaurant did give us a small reduction on the cost of the wine. However, they were defensive and even aggressive when we politely complained. Even in desperation for a meal, I would stay clear of this place. A tourist trap of the worst kind!

Good seafood restaurant in the old town, very central. The octopus salad I had as a starter was really good, with a tender octopus, though a smal portion on a big dish. As a pasta dish I had paccheri with mussels and potatoes, which was a 7 out of 10 was good but it lacked personality, I mean the flavour was a bit bland. I had two glasses of white wine, the first one was not cold enough the second, after I mentioned the problem, was served at the right temperature. The overall experience is definitely positive but there is room for improvement.

7.5/10Average restaurant, quality wise I did not find it excellent but decent enough. The polpo, which should be their speciality, is not that tasty. On another note, the first time I've been there the "grigliata di mare" and cruditè di mare were included in the discount from the fork, this time went there and they said it's not included but it isn't specified anywhere before booking.

4.5/10Kinda of a new tourist restaurant very expensive for the quality of the food proposed. It looked like the plates are ready and not cooked on the spot, even the bread was not defrosted very well... inside was cold... lol
