7/10I was probably quite early arriving at the restaurant (19:30) - I had booked a table for that time - but I was still quite surprised that there was no one there. The entrance door was locked (even though the restaurant supposedly opens at 19:00), so I had to get the attention of someone doing some DIY at the back of the house. Once I was seated, a more normal service was resumed. I ordered fresh pasta with truffle for my first course, which was very good, and then tagliata of beef for my second course, which was also enjoyable. The service, while friendly and helpful, was perhaps a little bit slow at times, and the ambience - despite the nice rustic restaurant interior - was at times non-existent (at one point, another family arrived, but for most of my meal I was on my own). Overall, if it’s just about the food, I would recommend this restaurant, but I think they could work on making this a more welcoming place.
