The setting was great and we were able to be seated right away. The food was great.

very slow service, waiter was in attentive, lobster delivered cold, wine was bad and waiter would not take it back. Only good part was a new waiter named Ado, he did a great job. I would never recommend or return to this restaurant.

Sooo great. I proposed to my fiance 3 years ago here on the terraza overlooking Piazzale Michelangelo. Today they welcomed us back like family to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversity. The food was amazing but the service staff outshined it all. They are so special to us because of the way they made us feel. Like we were home again. Highly recommended..

It’s all location. As a vegetarian, choices were limited and underwhelming. But we knew it would be for the location and spent a couple of hours there for cocktails and lunch.

Amazing sunset view over the Piazza. Excellent food and ambiance. Live music was the perfect touch. Service was just a bit rushed, but professional.

Even though I booked three chairs and guide them in the other table without sexiness.I booked before the Seokdaljeon Hall, but it will sit in the place where the disabled is not visible.In the case of food, steak meat was very hot and chewed meat without seasoning.Also, wine was fresh and pasta.I regret...

Overpriced but i dont mind cause it has amazing view. I do mind tho that our food came with 60min delay... When i asked what happened they said problem in kitchen... Just that... Although other people ordered just when we sitted and people order after us all of them got their food faster than us... Problem in kitchen just for us??? And the food wasnt even tasty...

I arrived 10 minutes early and was told there was no booking for me and I was placed at the rear of the restaurant even when I requested a table at the front so I could view the sunset over Florence. The whole reason I chose the venue. I was ignored and other people who arrived after me got better tables and were already eating before I was even asked for my order.. I was sitting in front of a large oscillating fan and each time it blew my way I was coughing badly and ended up attempting to move to place my back to the fan. The waiter, seeing me do this, came over and picked up my things and moved me to another vacant table and rudely tell g me to follow him. It was a better table but by this time the sunset period was over, I was uninterested and it was not a good e patience. The food was mediocre, expensive and for the $ it should’ve been better. I paid the bill, asked for someone to call me a taxi and was again ignored. I was polite and respectful the whole time. Never again

Fantastic views of the city. Good food and good service. Music also helped the ambiance.

They rob you!!!! The prices are very high. They automatically ‘forget’ the 20% fork discount but worse they charge 100 euro forming bottle of cheap Prosecco that is on the menulist for 60 euro!!! As they work with a automated computer system they add a separate ‘item’ with this adjusted price. This is criminal. With four people they charged us 377 euro for antipasti and a primo, water and one bottle of wine. We did not even had a Secondo! After complaining with the manager they took 85 euros off. Sorry…. Little mistake. For me it was very clear they do this with all tourists. Absolute SCAM!!!! Don’t go there

All the food was plain, the only thing that had flavor was the carpaccio. It was definitely overpriced for the quality. You really are paying for the location, which isn't as nice as the pictures because you are basically looking at the parking lot and bus stops not Florence

BE AWARE… the menu on the rooftop is the same menu as the restaurant, but more expensive. The menu is over complicated and too large. None of the dishes appealed to us as everything had a random item added. Tuna tartare… with mayo, filet of fish…with a cheese fondue etc.

This restaurant is all about the location. The food was average, took 2 hours to get our food, tiramisu was not as good as any of the other places in Florence we tried.

Anita pasta came out after the main dishes. waiter said he was taking the anti pasta off the bill. when it was time to pay, he was no where to be found. food was average at best

We’d hoped for a fancy dinner overlooking the sunset, but the restaurant caters loudly to the tourist crowd. Not enough menus, the bread brought to our table was crunchy-stale, the singer was horrible and loud, the steak was undercooked, and although I ordered the wine the server still brought the bottle for my husband to taste! Hard pass on returning.

Waiter was very rude and didn’t accomodate my group requests. People were smoking cigarettes and cigars next to children. Waiter didn’t want to split our bill, we had to go to the cashier and do one couple at time. French fries were 17.50euro!!!

The restaurant has a wonderful view over Florence from an elevated position. We were seated under cover but at a good table, possibly because we had booked in advance. We found the service and food very good, without being particularly expensive, so would definitely recommend this restaurant for tourists, for a romantic meal or a family gathering.

Underripe tomatoes and rubbery mozzarella passed off as a caprese & over fried polenta with a single mushroom presented as a seasonal app. La Loggia is capitalizing on its location and realizes there is nothing to invest in patrons who are one -time visitors to Piazza Michelangelo. Even Refused to call a taxi for us during a downpour following our meal and directed us to walk downhill in the dark and pouring rain to find a taxi on our own on the Piazza. Just a shame to find such a lack of customer service. This was The ONLY tourist trap we encountered in our beautiful 4 days in Florence.
