This restaurant was intimate and cozy. The staff took great care to make sure we understood the menu. The flavour of the food was sublime. It was clearly a popular place!

10/10Worth making a reservation! Very small seating, very casual and friendly. Explained the Blackboard menu in English and offered great suggestions. Make a reservation, last Saturday at noon they could not seat us. Made a reservation for this evening and had our Best Meal in Paris!

10/10After a month in Paris, we finally found a great French bistro that we want to revisit. Tiny place with a limited menu, but everything was excellent (what a bistro should be). The service was warm and friendly. Good fixed price 3-course dinner deal - definitely worth the price!

+1We found this restaurant on a trip to Paris last year. We returned this year due to the enjoyable experience we had last year. We enjoy the food here in the chef has amazing creations. We do not speak French but the waiter was very accommodating and explained everything on the menu to us and had good suggestions for wine.

10/10This little charming restaurant was extremely good. We had the best French cuisine sample in Paris. The owner took care of our service and order personally. Our dinner was very good, truly French flavors. As this is place where locals visit frequently we learned something new about the French eating habits and traditions. It was a great experience for us.

As much as the food was phenomenal, the service stole the show. We were well attended and felt very welcomed right away. We were still full from lunch, so we couldn't quite finish all of the food and our server noticed and offered to pack our dessert to go. The portions, by the way, are extremely generous, so it's advisable to come very hungry or perhaps to share an entree before enjoying your own main course. Feels very much like a local haunt and filled up rapidly, so recommendations also make sense. If you want to try some great sausage and if you like cheese, this is the place for you!

10/10Went here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends. This place is a gem. Atmosphere is laid back. The food was incredible. Felt like a place locals go rather than a tourist destination, We loved that. Our server was friendly and seemed to enjoy our group.

9.5/10Great little restaurant, we go there every time in Paris. Excellent food and a well priced wine selection. Was not full as it had just reopened after summer vacation so ambiance suffered, but reservations are almost always necessary.

10/10Really warm welcome and attentive and knowledgeable service. Carre d'agneau was not on the menu tonite but the chef accomodated us (without us asking) when he saw that we were disappointed that it wasn't available. Copious portions, excellent price / value, and a quiet but warm venue. We will definitely return !

10/10We gave been eating at La Lozere since it became a smoke free restaurant. The food us healthy, delicious and the prices are reasonable. Our French friends enjoyed the restaurant a few times and the American friends love the “ aligot” meals.

8.5/10We have been going to the Restaurant for years, the two of and with friends . The service and welcome have always been excellent. Today both the waiter and waitress were surly, rushed and impolite. It was very disappointing. The owner must remind them that service and attitude reflect a restaurant. The food was excellent as always.

10/10Excellent good in a very rustic old building. This was one of the first restaurants to ban smoking...we have been coming here ever since. The region s specialty "l aligot" is delicious
