We had a beautiful four-course meal here, with eight dishes between us. Seven were excellent. We started with scallops – sweet and perfectly cooked – and cuttlefish, the only dish that fell a little short. Then came a basil risotto, subtle but full of flavour, and quail ravioli with a rich, meaty filling. For mains, the red mullet and duck breast were both cooked perfectly, with deep, confident flavours that let the ingredients speak for themselves. Dessert was a highlight: a punchy Campari sorbet (I’m usually not a fan, but this was different) and a “Forbidden Fruit” - a white chocolate apple with intricate layers and textures that bordered on madness in the best possible way. A meal that reminds you why you go out to eat in the first place. Service also excellent.

La Madia is excellent. From Antipasti to desert ; delicate tasty balanced ! The menu is changing regularly with products and recipes which combine all you can dream of to enjoy food.

The mains looks like (I'LL TASTE IT) CHARGE MORE MONEY FOR IT BUT GIVE A NORMAL PORTION.

The food was good, but the atmosphere was cold and overdone. The waitress tried to force pour a second glass of wine for me when I had told her I was done. The restaurant door is locked after each guest and you have to have the waitress open the door for you to leave. A disappointing and quite heavy feeling experience overall.
La MadiaDear guest, we are sorry that our type of service was not to your liking, but the tasks of our dining room staff also include that of accompanying the guest both to the table and to the door, trying to be friendly and helpful. As for wine, it's definitely not our way of doing things, so we're more inclined to think that there was a simple misunderstanding. Our job is not simply to sell wine, but to make our guests happy, with our cuisine and our service and all our professionalism. Thanks for your visit.

This place should be Michelin 1 star minimum. Food was very inventive, service was excellent, and the environment was intimate and inviting. I will definitely patronize the establishment again.

Excellent restaurant, with great staff, very caring and professional. The food is truly amazing, local seasonal ingredients for well thought and balanced dishes. A must.
