The food tasted amazingly, especially the first courses. The Main courses were also really good, and the sauces were rich, but it was just too much sauce which made it inedible after awhile.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. While the expectations were high given the prices and reputation, both the food and the service fell short. The service was unacceptable: long delays, incorrect dishes, and even a mistake with something as simple as water — we ordered sparkling water and were served still water instead. The main courses were equally disappointing. The beef steak was extremely tough, the French fries were burnt, and the pepper sauce was watery and lacked flavor. In general, the food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the price. Adding to the poor experience, the staff was casually and unprofessionally dressed, and our cutlery was not changed between the starters and the main courses — a basic standard in any restaurant of this level.

The food was good, but the plate was not well presented, and the table cloth was dirty. I would never think that this would be permited in a Michelin

Amazing service and amazing food!! Loved every single bit of this!!

The plates were full of flavors. Mixing traditional and classic choices. The service was also prompt and they had good mood. Overall they confirmed the reason why it is one of the best restaurants of the region.

Delicious food, I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Drinks were good, service was quick, but not hurried.

We sat for 40 minutes and no one came to check in on us. The servers decided to help everyone but me and my partner. This place was awful to us and I would not reccomend

Wonderful, cozy atmosphere. Food was delicious. And the service was excellent! Great dinner

The service was bad. The waiter ignored us, very slow. We were the last one to leave the restaurant. The waiter could not figure out the total, recalculating and adding and adjusting and at the end overcharged us. We wanted just to leave at the point. The food was ok, not the Michelin level for sure. Over all - a disappointment

We enjoyed everything 😊

Food was absolutely outstanding. Deceptively simple dishes cooked with real flair. Service a bit overwhelmed, but charming. Would probably be too slow for some but fine for us. Excellent, good value wine list.

Everything

The food and the service were definitely worth the visit. We found it via the Michelin app, and we got, what we expected.

Amazing food, very competent and nice staff. Just perfect.

The service in the restaurant was extremely slow, it took them 2,5 hours to serve a three course meny, which is completely unacceptable. Wine advise was promised but never materialized and on top we had a waitress who thought she was a stand-up comedienne, but was neither funny nor efficient. Even though we spoke French and English, she insisted on speaking to us in German. We are not Germans.

The slightly worn exterior conceal an impeccably clean, modern and tasteful interior. Come with an appetite as the portions are generous. An appetizer and main would have definitely been too much. Highly recommended.

I could not go because I had a Hospital problem and they charged $400,00 euros. I complain I had no answer

stay away from this place. we waited 30 mins for the waiter to take our orders. and starters were served after another 30 mins. when the waiter came to the table to collect plates from the starters we asked if they could speed up the mains, to which he said he had already asked the kitchen to prepare mains. yet we had to wait another 30 mins despite 3 out of the 5 mains being tartare. when we asked for bread they served half bread almost as if they took it from another table. prices are extremely expensive for the quality you get (45€ for a small/medium sized tartare, local wines way overpriced). just avoid this place

Service was excellent and the meal was a real treat.

Time of waiting was way too long. We arrived to the restaurant at 20.00. We got our food at 21.18. And it was nothing complicated, what we ordered

We were a family with three small children and all of us had the best exper İence . Explained the various dishes , dishes for the children and had suggestions as to what we should eat as an entree . Great service by our garçon despite our three children. Excellent food

Every went well but just a Risotto that was totally made with a wrong quality of rice: result it was a kind of glue. Anyway, that I appreciated a lot, they admitted it and they cancelled it from our final bill.

Had an amazing dinner last night with my wife as we celebrate our Honeymoon. I picked La Maison Rouge while doing our planning because the ratings were fantastic, the menu was affordable, and they actually took a reservation during the craziness of the Christmas Markets. Our server was fantastic and his English was very good. We spoke for a bit about us being from NY and his dream of seeing the Knicks play at Madison Square Garden. My wife ordered the Pearl-cooked Pollock while I got the server-recommended seasonal special of a Chicken in Foie Gras Sauce with Mashed Potatoes. We shared an Iberian Charcuterie and paired everything with a bottle of Emile Beyer Pinot Gris. At about 150€, it was a perfect romantic evening in Petite Venice!

Well, I don’t see a reason why this restaurant is in the Michelin guide. Food was average, service below average. In the end it is just a “tourist restaurant“ with a great marketing.

Not bad

The quality of the food was very poor compared to other restaurants that have similar pricing. We have been also seated on the underground floor where the ambiance was compromising, first floor was looking much better probably it was reserved for locals and not for tourists. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone who is insistent on eating good food.

The kids menu was grate and the portion was more than enough for 9 year old child. The service was excellent and could explain everything also in English. The food was excellent and the wine list big.
