9/10If you love fish you have to visit this restaurant. The quality is extraordinary and the fish and seafood come as pure and fresh as you can get it. This is a very special place and highly recommended.

10/10Lovely family owned restaurant, so far one of the best services I have experienced in Barcelona and Spain overall. The food was very fresh and the concept is great. I knew it is a quite an expensive restaurant but sincerly it is overpriced in my opinion (35€/pp for a parlla, 15€ for a gamba, pulpo a la gallega for 30€ and 4 anchovies for 12€). Nevertheless it was an absolutely nice dinner!

10/10This was a recommendation from our hotel, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the food and service. The family that owns and runs this restaurant makes you feel like you are in their home - and each dish was prepared and explained with care. The paella is probably the best I ever heard and the tuna and salmon carpaccio was to die for. The calamari was also the best my family has ever eaten. Everything is so fresh and authentic. Thank you, Andrea and your family for making us feel special. Highly recommend!

10/10Simply amazing. Not a budget restaurant? No, because there ain’t budget food nor budget service. Fish quality puts this place amongst the three top restaurants I experienced in last years. The owner and his splendid family build a relaxing atmosphere that basically feels like home. I was reading my book while tasting delicious food and the only regret was that my stomach has limits. I will surely come back , hopefully soon. Mauro

10/10Excellent food and service, quiet refined ambiance. Family operated, Andrea our server spoke English perfectly and was phenomenal. Pallea was a dream, 10/10. *FOR THE PALLEA* - in addition to a reservation, you need to call ahead (or text them on WhatsApp at the number on their website) so they can ensure ability to prepare it. We were lucky to be first arrivals and they had time/space on the stove to make it. Their seafood is all caught fresh by the family, and the price to quality ratio is beyond compare. Best meal I’ve had in Barcelona.

10/10We went to this restaurant on a Friday lunchtime not really knowing what to expect.. we were amazed at the fresh seafood, caught that morning, on show in the entrance. The resulting Paella was absolutely delicious and the service was fabulous. Only here for a couple of days otherwise we would go again. Cannot wait for our next trip to Barcelona

10/10The most warm, welcoming and familiar restaurant in Barcelona! Fantastic seafood, fished by the father, prepared by the Mom in the kitchen and served by the daughter. I cannot recommend this enough!

10/10We had the pleasure of having the daughter of the owner facilitate our evening. She guided us through her father’s fresh catch of the day as well as other fresh seafood options. She was as much a part of the delight of our evening as the meal itself. Each course exceeded our expectations in flavor and preparation. We couldn’t have created a better pallet pleasing evening of seafood delight as the combination of the fresh catch, exceptional preparation and context created were all brilliant.

10/10One of the best seafood restaurants in Barcelona and maybe Europe. It is a small family enterprise where fish and seafood are caught by the owner almost every day, his wife cooks and their daughter welcomes and serves the guests. You get the freshest choice of products which can be prepared in various ways to your liking. The style is simple and just what is right to highlight the natural taste of the seafood. The sweet shrimp crudo style were perfect, as well as the scallops, fried razorfish, and grilled monk fish and mero fish (Goliath grouper, we were lucky cause it’s rare). Cannot comment on the wine choice, but other guests were not disappointed.
