The restaurant is a little rustic which adds to the ambiance. From the moment we sat down we were greeted with water bread and mortadella, and it only got better from there. The food was fantastic. The white sparkling wine was also very good. Everything was great.

We were so happy our tour guide recommended this restaurant for us. My entire family loved it. Great food, cute restaurant, and the staff were all welcoming and super friendly! The food was great as well. A good time had by all!

The ambience was really good and improved as more guests arrived. We loved the non fussy and unpretentious dishes, which were actually extraordinarily good quality and delicious. The service was excellent so all in all, we had a brilliant dinner and an awesome evening!

the horse and donkey meat on the menu may turn away some, but this is a good thing because it keeps the place authentic and non-touristy. I had neither horse nor donkey, and still had a great time. the valpolicella was superb and the cacio and pepe tortelloni sublime.

Absolutely delicious authentic Veronese food. Very attentive and kind staff in a cozy ambience. Although there were some tourists like ourselves, most customers were locals. This is a must-try hidden gem!

A great find in Milan! Traditional restaurant with super food. My steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had a veggie tortellini dish that was good too. It is a busy place so you must book to avoid disappointment

This restaurant has a very rustic aesthetic. It's small, full of locals and with a small menu. We were 5 so we tried most of the menu. Everything was superb! A definite must.

I don’t remember how we found it but it was excellent. The food had a particular local flare. The service was superb. I would eat here again. Worth a stop if on a budget and want something local and excellent.

Two waiters welcomed us and they gave genuine attention to our attempt to read the Italian menu! Simple tomato and cheese salad ???? no problem. They indicated that 25% of menu was horse and I was guided to an excellent sliced steak and chips. Rare meet was tender and delicious. Reservation is a MUST. Several couples turned away after 8:30pm. My wife and I split salad and steak - more than enough. Bread was abundant and the house wine was delicious. ????????thanks

Staff very friendly, welcoming the guests in a very professional way. They consider you like you were an old friend, putting you confortable. Food was fine, service was short (a bit too short ... I mean the main plate coming 10 min after the first course... look like they were rushing us...) Anyway, very nice atmosphere, and price is correct I'll be back !!

This is very comfortable informal restaurant. As soon as we sat down, we were provided a pile of mortadella and a bag of good wam breads. I had a wonderful fillet with roasted potatoes. The house red was quite good, and the meal overall was good value.

We had a satisfying dinner there. We did not try the horse dishes but the pasta dishes were honest. We had a welcome treat of mortadella, a nice surprise. I would visit again.
