Local Salamanca restaurant. Small menu but chef personally comes out and makes recommendations and tells you what’s fresh. Every dish was creative yet simple and must importantly flavorful! Most importantly very affordable. I’ve had meals in Madrid half as good that were twice as much. If I lived here, I’d be a regular!
