We watched the chef make the pasta. I ordered a dish with the fresh noodles and a veal stew that was cooked for 6 hours. It was incredible. My husband had the pasta with porcini mushrooms. It was the best ever. Their desserts are made in house. I had the best tiramisu. Husband had homemade dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake. He said it was the best chocolate ice cream he has ever eaten and he knows his chocolate. We highly recommend The Pasta Lab. My Italian genes are singing!
