The staff and views were lovely and the food delicious. We had the stinco de Maiale with porcini mushrooms, the pasta with pesto trapanese, the grilled sword fish, some chips and salad - all of which were some of the best food we’ve had in Sicily so far. Highly recommend

A wonderful meal at La Perla. Fresh, beautifully prepared seafood, simple flavors done right, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere made for an excellent experience. Warm, attentive service and a great wine selection completed a truly enjoyable evening. A place we’d gladly return to.

Most diners were ordering pizza but we tried 2 regional dishes - fish couscous and busiate alla Trapanese. There were only a few pieces of fish with the couscous and it was dry. The busiate had too much garlic.

The pizza was amazing!! They accommodated a family of 9 comfortably and all picked a different pizza to try. Highly recommend this location as it’s also near the ocean and a perfect view of the sunset.

The incredible service! Always a smile, a sense of humour, and very efficient The food was delicious . Easy to find with lots of parking available on a busy Friday night in Trapani. Our Villa Salinella host Michele Avellone recommended La Perla and they were able to accommodate ten Canadians on short notice. We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

We felt really welcome, the people were very friendly, and explained very good on the food on the menu. The environment inside the restaurant is very nice. If we could, we would go there again :)

Terrible service. Eventhoug we had made a reservation through The Fork we had to wait 30 minutes. We had asked for outdoor seating but got a table inside a very noisy restaurant. The frontdoor manager was a very rude Lady with NO smiles on her face. She had the attitude that we, her guests, were annoying her. Our waiter didnt know anything about the wines on the list and when asking her she did no efford to help us. All in all a very bad experience. The restaurant serves desent food but they would do thêm selves a favour educating their staff better. We will not recommend La Perla to anyone.

Great setting watching the sun go down, great service and great food. I will definitely go back, book a table, it’s very busy after 8:30pm

The food is incredible! We have been here 2 years ago and we have combe back and the people are as nice and friendly as ever and the food has kept its quality!

Very small space for the amount of reservations they have. We had dinner for 3 people at a 2-seater table. Only one employee speaks English, which makes communicating with tourists very difficult. The food is reasonable but I wouldn't go back due to the atmosphere we had during dinner.

We did not like any of the 3 courses we had each. Maybe good pizzeria (clients around us were all having pizza only), but forget it for other food.

La Perla delivered on expectations. The shared starter which was a mix of seafood was excellent. I had the local pasta with seafood for main and it was very flavorsome with ample seafood liquor to mop up. For a late Sunday lunch with a local Sicilian vibe I can't fault it.

Everything was great, from wine, fried calamari and king prawns, their pasta a la norma and huuuge portion of “sopa della cozze”. Great service, quality food and nice restaurant.

We sat outside without any instructions and were waiting for 10 Minutes before being informed to 'scan' our menu by barcode. Being almost a year after COVID, we were surprised we did not just get menus right away. The meal was good, but skip the salad.... Felt it came straight from a bag

I ordered a veggie pizza but unfortunately I believe the veggies were all frozen. My pizza was half water. It felt like a flood had occurred mid cooking. My boyfriend’s pizza was okay.

I had a group of 15 artists there for dinner this evening and we had a great time. What I remember was the tuna and swordfish. grilled vegetables, pizza was extraordinary. Great wine. We had a great night.

We enjoyed our lunch at La Perla. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Ingredients were fresh. Service was attentive. They had the best tomatoes I’ve ever come across and promptly accommodated our request for more.

This is a pleasantly located restaurant with nice views of the sunset. The service was slick and the pizza was above average. We had a problem when we came to pay the bill. The fork offered a 20% discount on food. We intended to give this discount as a tip, but had agreed that arguing over the bill in a foreign language for a few euros was not worth it (as we had done the night before) .When the bill came there was a line in it that said 20% discount 1 euro when it should have been around 8. I put the 10 euros I had planned to tip back in my pocket and paid the bill. The waiter knew there was a problem (and maybe saw his tip disappearing) and said he thought there was a mistake and went to the manager, but came back and said it was all OK . This made it worse as it was now clear this wasn’t just an error. Once more the 10 euros went back in my pocket. Disappointing as otherwise the evening had been fine.

Excellent quality of food and very nice and friendly staff. It’s a place where the locals go and it’s generally quite busy - you can find a good selections of local wines and the fish dishes are delicious

Service was no good, we sit like in isolation and nobody talk with us, only one person speaks with us in English, the other personal doesn’t speaks English

Slightly apprehensive about a restaurant in a prime tourist trap area on the seafront but all was good. Best mixed appetisers I’ve ever had and tasty and perfectly cooked main pasta dishes. Great value house wine and friendly service. Highly recommended
