We were probably quite unfortunate because despite having booked in advance, we were at a table right next to a busy walkway where the waiting staff were constantly rushing past. This meant that from our perspective the ambience wasn't great but like I said, we were probably sat at the worst table in the restaurant. Food was great, not exquisite, but great. Service was very good.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at La Piazza in Venice with our family of nine. The atmosphere was charming and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly and well-organized for a large group. A great place to enjoy a relaxed meal while exploring the city. Highly recommended.

first class from being greeted outside the restaurant. We were early, but happy to seat us. We sat upstairs ans had a birds eye view of the restaurant. The waiter was a perfect host and the food delicious. we will definitely be back next time we visit Venice

I ordered the cheese wheel pasta (which was not on the menu) since I had seen it on TikTok and wanted to try it. The waiter lied to me and told me that he came with truffles. It wasn’t until I confronted him about it that he told me the real price for the truffles. I was able to cancel them, but it really made me feel a certain way about being lied to. I would not return to this restaurant. Highly disappointed, plus, the food wasn’t great. Overpriced and horrible service..

It was an overpriced tourist location. I thought my pasta was fine, but my partner said his was overcooked. The green salad was sad-- chopped Romain that fell off the fork. The wine was very nice and the servers did their best.

Overrated and disappointing Despite having a reservation, we were asked to wait outside the restaurant. At winter temperatures, guests had to stand in line for 10–15 minutes, which was quite unpleasant. Inside, the restaurant felt like a mass-production operation rather than a welcoming dining experience. Tables were packed extremely close together and squeezed into every possible corner, even near the staircase. The atmosphere was crowded and hectic, and there was also a line forming in front of the restrooms. The service, however, deserves a positive mention: despite the very busy restaurant, the staff was approachable, friendly, and tried their best. The food was okay, but nothing more. It certainly did not live up to the expectations created by the high ratings. Conclusion: In my opinion, this restaurant is clearly overrated on Tripadvisor. One visit was enough.

Tourist trap, unfortunately! When I ordered my dish I pointed at the menu and specifically asked for steamed vegetables, which was on the menu. Then I got grilled very very oily vegetables. The Ravioli portion was just too small. The fish was ok, but from the eating on google maps I had expected way better quality.

We had to wait 30 mins after the time of our reservation. We were placed in a corner with a Christmas tree in our face. We ordered our food. My husband and my daughter’s food came down and I was advised as my family’s meal was being served unapologetically that ‘there was no more chicken’ which is what I ordered. I was asked what I wanted without a menu, I am also gluten free. The waiter suggested he bring some steak which I said was fine. My meal arrived about 20 minutes later, I asked if I could have some baked potatoes and was advised they were also finished. The waiter charged a 12% service charge and invited us to return the following evening, we won’t be back

The food was mediocre. The pizza was okay, the pasta was better but not as good as you expect from an Italian restaurant. The service was excellent, everyone was very polite and friendly. The prices were high for the quality the restaurant offered.

The waiter was way too persistent. Also I asked for a large beer to go with my dinner and they brought me 1 litre of beer. That is just not normal. Good thing they took it away and gave me something reasonable.

The server tricked us into ordering for us few pasta, meat, pizza... he was confused and started adding items. I should have ordered from the menu. We got hit with 1250 Euro dinner bill because he brough 3 tomahawk steaks each for 150 euro that we did not even order. Stay away from letting the server suggest for you, as they want to stick you with expense items & most likely you will not like.
