9/10booked a table of 10, with 4 kids also, restaurant was great, large and with a great atmosphere. food was really good, and they made all the food the kids wanted. really enjoyed it, best restaurant we visited in venice

8/10They did their best, but the restaurant was way too busy! We were not even offered cheese for pasta. The music did not suit the atmosphere either, too hectic! Once we were seated the service was actually very good!

5.5/10The front of house was very pleasant. Rushed with ordering and then part of the meal Was late which resulted in in being over cooked ( scallops) again like most places in Venice a conveyor belt

10/10from as soon as we walked up, the hostess made us feel welcome.(forgot to get her name) She checked up on us several times. Food was wonderful and delivered quickly. Everyone who came by the table was great. prices where very good also. cant recommend enough.

7/10This restaurant was just OK. Reviews made it sound better than it is. Wine by the glass options were all box wine. Nothing great. Probably has the highest margins for the owner. Ordered Caesar salad and the Parmesan cheese was in big chunks.overwhelming to eat. Dressing seemed like it was squeezed on and make by Kraft. Definitely not made by the restaurant.Squid salad was just ok. Not much flavor. Spaghetti fruit mare was ok. Nothing great. Spaghetti is too thick. Spaghetti with clams was also just ok. Spaghetti was thick and it lacked flavor. Every restaurant in Venice has nice bread except this place. Tasted old and a roll vs sliced fresh bread. This place may have been good but now is like an Olive Garden for Venice. So busy with tourist that they don’t seem to care about the food. I doubt any locals would eat there. I’d try someplace else just since I get the feeling this place is more focused on making money vs producing quality food.

10/10La Piazza was an excellent choice for Italian food. Wide arrange to choose from. The food was excellent, service was superb. Definitely give La Piazza a 5-star rating. You won't be disappointed.

8/10La Piazza is a good restaurant. The food was good, the main course was 50/50 and the dessert was extraordinary. The service is very good and fast, but the restaurant is very crowded which can be, sometimes, unpleasant.

The staff were lovely and the ambience is brilliant. The chef obviously has aspirations for fine dining, but the salmon and avocado tartare had little taste and the lobster was a little over-powered by the tomato sauce and slightly over-cooked. It was a great place, very popular but I wish I’d gone simple and had Spaghetti Bolognese, that looked great. I enjoyed my meal, but it’s not quite there yet in terms of fine dining. I genuinely wish them all well and best of luck. Happy memories.

After a long day, our time here was just a little overstimulating. It’s quite loud. The waiters were all very friendly and kind. The burrata with fresh tomatoes came with four very thin slices of tomato and two grape tomatoes, so it wasn’t a very balanced plate at all and there was a lot of burrata left to figure out what to do with! The ceasar salad had quite a bit of dressing on it. The black angus beef with red wine Barolo was quite good. Make a reservation; the line outside for tables was large when we left before 8.

5/10Tourist stop. It’s almost as if it’s the American version of Italian food. The hostess was wonderful and kind in the people waiting and those of us who had reservations but were also waiting. But the food was sub-par. Pasta was smothered in sauce and overcooked. We’ve eaten at so many great places that this felt like a complete waste of our time.

2/10Worst dining experience while in Venice. The service was not attentive and we felt very rushed from the second we were sat. The food was mediocre at best. Steak was undercooked, chicken and seafood dishes were overcooked. One meal has to be sent back bc it was completely inedible. No one even took the initiative to make it right. Then when we got the check and asked for it to be removed they seemed shocked and offended. Expected a much better experience based off reviews but left greatly disappointed.
