The waiters were very kind and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the tomahawk steak and it was the best steak I had ever had. 10/10 would recommend

The waiter was way too persistent. Also I asked for a large beer to go with my dinner and they brought me 1 litre of beer. That is just not normal. Good thing they took it away and gave me something reasonable.

The server tricked us into ordering for us few pasta, meat, pizza... he was confused and started adding items. I should have ordered from the menu. We got hit with 1250 Euro dinner bill because he brough 3 tomahawk steaks each for 150 euro that we did not even order. Stay away from letting the server suggest for you, as they want to stick you with expense items & most likely you will not like.

Our 2nd visit here, the previous one for a special birthday. It's very popular, so important to book. If you don't, you'll be treated to a glass of bubbly while you wait. Win, win! Prices are reasonable for the quality and location, plus portions are on the large side. Considering how busy it was, service was good. It's a lively venue, ideal for a group or celebratory meal.

This was not a good restaurant, do not believe the reviews! I found bones in my chicken Cesar salad, the pizza was greasy, the Hugo spritz did not have any mint or lemon, and they tried to rush us through the whole meal. They gave us our appetizer and 30 seconds later tired to give us our food. The restaurant itself was cozy, but the price was not worth our experience or the food. This is certainly a tourist trap.

We had a very mixed experience. Of the four dishes we ordered, two were good, worthy of a 4, one was just okay and the spaghetti was disappointing, supposedly homemade but without the mouth feel of a good homemade spaghetti and covered in a fine but ordinary tomato sauce. The dinner rolls were pretty tasteless, comparable to packaged mass produced rolls, and the spinach we ordered never arrived. The service was a bit slow, not surprising because the restaurant serves masses of people, including large groups. The restaurant is well reviewed on a couple of websites so maybe it was an off night, but we were disappointed.

The food was very mediocre. It was our last meal in Venice and the least impressive. It tasted like a decent pizza place at best, but charged prices like an upscale restaurant. The wine was so bad that we did not finish it. I also ate less than half my entre. We were not curious about desert. On top of that, there were flies circling around as we ate. When we came in there were half full Prosecco glasses balanced on a garbage can. I thought they were half finished from a party but we watched the greeter hand them out to the people waiting in line outside to eat. Those glasses were there at least 30 minutes.

Absolute chaos and deception. We were promised a 5-minute wait for pizza at La Piazza, only to watch multiple parties without reservations seated immediately. The worst part? We were then actively misled and marched over to their 'sister' restaurant, La Piazza, a completely different, high-end establishment with a minuscule, overpriced pizza selection. They rushed us to order drinks, clearly intending to trap us into dining there. We walked out. This is a classic tourist trap - dishonest service, blatant queue-jumping, and a bait-and-switch that wastes customers' time. Avoid at all costs

Although the restaurant is lively and the ambiance is good, the food was very sub par. Further, the service wasn’t great either. Our particular server took about 20 minutes to deliver our bill after clearing our plates and us expressing we didn’t want dessert and were okay to take the bill. The best part of my meal was the salad, so that says a lot. Lobster pasta was okay, but not worth it.

The service was perfect, the restaurant was of very high quality, and the food was delicious! It was also very safe! I forgot my bag, but when I went back, I found that the restaurant had kept it for me and told me not to worry as there were surveillance cameras. Everything was just perfect.

It was a very pretty restaurant and Greta location. Service was excellent (even received a free glass of wine while we waited for our table as it wasn’t ready when we got there). Unfortunately the food was subpar. My pasta dish was just okay and not very appetizing and the fish of the day recommended was bland and super small and overpriced. Not the best food especially considering the location.

Out of all the restaurants in Venice that we tried, this was by far our favourite. Went back a second time. Food and staff is terrific. Lasagna was amazing.

Service and staff were decent. Definitely trying to turn over tables quickly in an insanely busy and touristy part of the city. Wine selection is non existent that we could tell- basically order a bottle of house red or white. We got salmon and avocado carpaccio to start which was pretty bad-legit 0 taste. I got lasagna bolognese which was actually pretty good. My wife had a tuna pasta dish- pasta and sauce were decent the tuna was overcooked and dry. There are tons of good restaurants in venice- just need to venture outside the tourist trap of San Marco.

Sat at the table for over 25min with no service. A couple seated after us got service twice while we were ignored. Also seated next to a very loud, busy dumbwaiter area. Which I understand someone has to be sat there but that coupled with servers repeatedly walking past us & ignoring us while tables around us that arrived later were getting attention? Disappointing.
