2/10Carbonara served with it resembling scrambled egg. Spaghetti wasn’t coated and watery residue around edges. No chef should have let that go out. Even when I challenged it, the waiters played the ‘what’s wrong with it?’ card. Needless to say the replacement dish had been overloaded with salt to prove a point. Inedible. Service has always been poor here but the food is what brought us back, but now had the full experience. Resort is packed with pasta places so for this to be churned out as authentic Carbonara is poor. They tried to insinuate as tourists we wanted cream added, which is not the case.

10/10The food was great. The attitude of the team - even better! I wanted a particular starter. It wasn’t on the menu. But it was on the menu of the sister restaurant next door. Our waitress organized that I received it anyway ! Fantastic. A lovely welcoming place. J

5.5/10I´ve been many times previously and booked for 22.11.24 with some friends who´d never been with the promise that it was excellent. The service was dreadful. Slow, unattentive. It was only when the boss arrived, that the staff very noticeably stepped up to the mark. This is the second time I´ve been and this has happened. It was great when the owner was in situ ... I won´t be rushing back. Maybe needs a good manager?

5/10Unfortunately tonight's visit was disappointing,food not as good as usual,service not the best ...staff seemed indifferent...our table took 20 minutes to be cleared and if this was our first visit I doubt we would return...let's hope it's one off

10/10La piazzetta is always consistently good ,we visit at least twice every time we are in Los cristianos ..food is excellent,great choice on the menu and wine reasonably priced

5/10First of all we were shown to a table with only 2 chairs and considering there was 4 of us this wasn’t ideal. The waiter just put the menus down and walked off so we had to find our own chairs from another table! My sons pizza did not arrive with the other food and when we asked where it was the waiter just disappeared. It eventually arrived after we all had finished eating. The food was good however the service ruined it for us. It felt like we were treated differently because we were English as the majority of diners were Spanish. This was not the first time we had been here but think this was the last which is a shame.

10/10Lovely restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. Very nice people, loved the heater, candle light, extra blanket. Such things made that we felt very welcome. Gnocchi with salmon was delicious

7.5/10The food is great; however, we didn't get the food at the same time. I ordered chicken my husband pizza. We asked for the pizza, but it still took another 10 minutes before the pizza arrived. When you're at a restaurant, you want to eat the food together, not separately. We also pointed this out when we paid. With that said, next time we will say that we want the food at the same time even if one person orders pizza and the other chicken.

We have visited before on a visit to los cristianos and the food then and today has been superb. The pizzas and the pastas are the best I’ve eaten anywhere. The service is friendly and relaxed Visit you will not be disappointed

2/10We had a horrendous experience Service was terrible - waiter argued with a member of our group over uncooked food. Charged us for the uncooked food. The restaurant was empty yet they asked us not to speak above a whisper. Rude, awful food and a terrible experience

3/10We were in a group of 7 & ordered 3 pizzas and one 80cm pizza for 4 people the big pizza came rather early but the other 3 came 30 minutes later so it wasn’t nice experience as we expected

8/10This is a great restaurant for meat lovers, the steaks were on display and looked excellent quality, this was our 2nd visit although the service dipped on the 2nd visit, there were gaps in the service food didn’t arrive together. I like the idea of a hot plate to finish the steak but maybe a little butter or oil would help, the wine choice was excellent altogether a good experience I will go back

10/10We passed this restaurant early one evening and saw it packed with a great atmosphere and gorgeous looking food. We booked the following night and we’re not disappointed. The waitress was fantastic, the food simple but delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely be returning again (and again)

7/10I absolutely loved the food. But it was very busy and the waiters seemed extremely stressed. We had to wait a long time for the food, wich was quite okay, but there seemed to be some irritation and maybe an ongoing argument going on with the staff. Thus the atmosphere was a little bit tense.
